Our family loved the home and the location was perfect. We had 9 of us stay and we didn't feel too overcrowded which was great. The family has already said they wanted to stay there again

Overall we had a nice time and would stay at this property but the carpet needs to go. As with a lot of vacation rentals we’ve stayed at the cooking utensils were sparse and in various conditions. So if you plan on cooking maybe bring what you need beyond plates, cups and silverware.Pros: Location, easy walking to everything in town Layout, plenty of space for everyone Parking, easily park 3 full size trucks or suvs Cons: THE CARPET. It’s gross, stained, kinda damp feeling at all times. Seems unsanitary.Cooking utensils unpredictable./ Keurig is broken and does not work.

The house was great! Pet friendly and great location. We had trouble finding the house, as the address led to the restaurant just next to it. We had trouble getting a hold of the host, especially when we left a rather important item in the house after check out. Overall though the stay was great, the house was clean and welcoming.

The property is in a good location from the slopes. The layout of the condo was perfect and very roomie. The door is no longer bright green but a brick red, so we had slight difficulty finding it the first time we turned down the street. It’s actually on Silverbells street. Since this is a pet friendly condo which was the main selling point for us, the carpet needs to be removed and another type of flooring needs to be put down. It was soiled pretty bad in all bedrooms and stairs which was not a welcoming site. The condo on the outside could use a little TLC. Again the layout and rooms were perfect size and location was great.

Family get together

We booked this place for a family get together in Red River. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The cabin is located right off the Main Street so easy walking access to shops and restaurants. We easily fit 3 cars parked in the front of the cabin. There is a river and small pond with in walking distance also that the kids had fun in. The host responded quickly to my questions and the place was very clean. We would recommend and we would stay there again.

The location of the property can not be beat. Very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The floors were not cleaned and the carpet was in bad need of a cleaning. The property overall needed some TLC.

Stay in Red River

Over all the place was very relexing! Some things need yo be improved: some items where not available in the unit. We had no dishwasher soap, no washing machine detergent. The refrigerator was not getting cold in the lower part of the refrigerator and it was hard to get to the freezer due to it beening close to the wall.

This property has potential solely because the location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything in Red River. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming quality of our entire stay.Our experience started with a miscommunication. The listing stated check-in was 3:00, but the host told us day-of it was 4:00. We didn't mind waiting, but at 4:00, the cleaner was still there. She ignored us when we walked in, leaving us confused until she finally left at 4:15.Despite the delay, cleanliness was the biggest issue. ALL of the bedding was disgustingly dirty. The house is mostly carpeted (an odd choice for a ski property) and it was horrendously stained. The "clean" towels in the cabinets were all damp, so we were met with an unwanted surprise after showering and had to dry the linens ourselves. Every dish we tried to use was also covered in a sticky film.Maintenance is also lacking. There is a hole in the upstairs bathroom wall where a rack fell off. Worse, the upstairs thermostat wouldn't go past 60 degrees, making it too cold for anyone to sleep up there. This was ironic since checkout instructions said to set it to 65.I messaged the host about the cleanliness and towels but never received a response, so I didn't bother reporting the heat. Even with the great location, I wouldn't stay here again and cannot recommend it.

I wouldn’t do it again.

I’m far from a picky person or a “Karen” but man this just wasn’t it. Owner was friendly but ultimately seemed to have not cared much. Every bed looked fresh but after peeling them back they were all dirty. Dirty by appearance and feel as well as pillow cases. Floors upstairs were not vacuumed as there was still candy in 2 of the 3 rooms. Bathroom upstairs still had a used bar of soap in it as well as hair ties and hair in the floor. Kitchen came with one trash bag to fit the 13 gallon can. Van was parked in the driveway for our 4 night stay and I’d notified the owner of this issue and others and was told the housekeeping was unacceptable and the van would be moved as well as trash bags would be delivered. This never happened. If this wasn’t 1800 for the stay I’d not say much but for the price paid I have to! 3 of 10Place has potential
