For guests who like to stay active, yoga mats and small weights are provided to help keep up your routine during your stay.
Head outside to enjoy the fresh air on the patios, complete with comfortable seating and a propane BBQ grill, perfect for dining al fresco or winding down in the evening. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- 1 pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee. Pet should not be more than 30 lbs. Please clean up after your pets.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Garage and driveway parking is available.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- The City of Austin waste collection is on Fridays for this property.
- Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
