You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit C on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Cottage is located on the same property with its own private gated entrance, just a short walk from the garage. There is also one street parking spot available directly in front of the cottage.
Guest Access:
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home Unit #C, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

$20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
