Set in the gated Ladera del Mar community, this two-level villa pairs sweeping Pacific views with comfortable indoor-outdoor living, including two covered terraces and a poolside setting made for relaxing. Just 8 minutes from Coco's beaches, restaurants and shops, and 30 minutes from LIR.

Ladera del Mar is a gated residential community on the hillside just north of Playas del Coco, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to the area's beaches, restaurants and everyday conveniences. The community is approximately 30 minutes from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), and Playas del Coco is just 8 minutes away by car.

Playas del Coco is one of Guanacaste's liveliest coastal communities, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and local services. The beach and beachfront restaurants are just a few minutes farther, while Coco is also a popular departure point for scuba diving, sport fishing and sightseeing tours. Playa Hermosa is about 10 minutes away, and the location makes a convenient base for exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences and river adventures throughout Guanacaste.

Casa Gran Vista is a comfortable two-level villa designed for couples, friends or a small family who want the space and privacy of a home without needing four or five bedrooms. The main level features an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining space, along with a spacious king suite that opens directly toward the pool terrace. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light and frame views of the Pacific and surrounding hills.

Upstairs, the second king suite offers even more expansive ocean and mountain views, a private bathroom and access to a covered terrace that's perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. A separate bonus room provides a quiet space for yoga, meditation or a little bodyweight training.

Outside, the private pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and comfortable lounging areas, with covered outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. The pool can be heated, making it an especially nice feature during the cooler months when an unheated pool can feel a little less inviting.

🚗 Hillside location: A rental car is strongly recommended. A 4x4 is not required, but a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended.
🛺 Golf carts: Golf carts are NOT permitted as transportation from this villa.
🏊 Heated pool: The private pool can be heated, a particularly nice option during cooler periods of the year.
🔐 Gated community: Casa Gran Vista is located within Ladera del Mar, a gated residential community.
🪜 Two-level home: One king suite is located on the main level and the second is upstairs.

🚗 TRANSPORTATION - Casa Gran Vista is located in a hillside community and guests would be most comfortable having a rental car for their stay. While a 4x4 vehicle is NOT required, a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. Golf carts are NOT permitted as transportation from this villa, we don't have Uber in our area, and getting a taxi can be challenging.
