👑 THE HOME:
Our 6 bedroom mansion at the end of a private cul-de-sac sits right up against a mountain to create a very private feeling space without being to far from town! The Kingdom embodies the castle feel to instantly wow you and your guests the moment you arrive! Endless views of the night sky, while also being 20 mins from the Joshua Tree National Park, gives you your own Joshua Tree retreat without ever having to leave your Kingdom.

👑 ENTRY:
We have a keyless entry lock for an easy self check process. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

👑 PARKING:
The large, horseshoe driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Please inquire if you plan to have more.

👑 THE DRIVE:
The road to the home is all paved, and super simple directions get to the home!

👑 INTERNET:
The house has reliable high-speed internet, making for a perfect work-cation getaway!

Fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, 2 ovens, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. Coffee maker, coffee beans, sugar and grinder provided.

👑 SECURITY:
We have a Ring security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. And a few Blink cameras around the home. NO cameras inside the property.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so may result in fines for the home which will result in at least a $500 fine to guest.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.


👑THINGS TO NOTE:

◦ WILDLIFE:
this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. Please keep doors closed to keep wildlife on their side of the door.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ RESTRICTED AREAS:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ HOT TUB/POOL:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Currently our pool is NOT heated

◦ PHOTOSHOOTS/VIDEO:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for a photoshoot or production of any sort please reach out. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

◦ EARLY CHECK INS/LATE CHECK OUTS:
Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour. Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ LEFT ITEMS:
Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

◦ PET FEES:
* We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay with a pet fee of $100 per pet. Please note, this covers two dogs — an additional $100 fee applies for a third dog. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
