VILLA TORTUGA at LAS GAVIOTAS! Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, olympic-size swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court and shuffleboard board located just 30 minutes south of the San Diego/Tijuana border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens, and gorgeous blue ocean make it truly spectacular! The complex has an exceptional private surfing beach. World class golf courses are nearby, along with spas, horseback riding, and lots of shopping.
The space
The complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just one row back from the beach and has captivating views from the deck, living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are extremely large and each contains a full bath and ceiling fans. The house is fully furnished with all amenities including TV, DVD players, sound system, and high speed wireless internet. This beautifully decorated villa is located one row back from the well known surfing beach. It comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances & cookware. In addition, there is a fireplace, TV with VCR and DVD, cable TV and wireless internet. All bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath and ocean views. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private bath and the third bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed with private bath. The third bedroom downstairs has separate access. All are equipped with linens and towels. The kitchen is decorated in local Mexican style, is equipped with all appliances and of course, a blender for margarita's. The unit also has high speed wireless internet and a gas barbeque.

Note: A midweek discount of 17% is available from Monday through Wednesday. The rate is $195/night.

Complex: The Las Gaviotas complex is a gated and guarded community with a private pool, hot tub, tennis court, children's play area, volleyball court and clubhouse. Las Gaviotas's sandy beach is just a few steps away and is great for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, or exploring. Dolphins and whales are often seen in the water! Free wireless internet in the villa.
