✔ We do not stock extra propane, if a tank is low, we are happy to reimburse you!
✔ Long Stays - We love long stay visitors! We do require a bi-weekly clean to keep everything in great shape.
✔ Pool and Lawn Maintenance Happens Weekly
✔ Florida Critters- We have regular pest control, but Florida’s warm climate means the occasional critter may appear, it’s part of local beach life.
✔ Damage Protection and Guest Verification: To maintain a safe environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is required to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation
