Extraordinary and exclusive furnished 3-room apartment.

Listed old building from 1908.
Newly altered in 2019.
Ceiling height up to 380 cm.

Open sunny living room with suite, American kitchen (with fridge-freezer combination, dish washer, glass-ceramic cook-top, oven and extractor hood) with a stand-alone island unit.
There is a round dining table for 5 people in the dining area.

The bedroom has a double bed, an integrated reading area with an armchair, commode and bench.
Bright dressing room with a shelving system, sofa, large mirror and lots of storage space.

There is laid parquet flooring (oak tree) in bedroom, living and dining area.

The designer-bathroom has a premium equipment and a glass shower.
The long washbasin offers plenty of space for your bathroom amenities.
Own washing machine and dryer machine is available.

Parking on the street, free of charge with parking license. No spot guaranteed !

Shopping facilities (bakeries, supermarket, organic store) as well as public transport close by.

This was our second stay at Puro Designer Apartment in Munich with Tanja. The apartment was as clean and well stocked as the first time and the wifi was much improved. We really love how close the apartment is to the Ubahn and bus stops, making getting around town super easy. Tanja was as wonderful as before, always good to work with her.

Great neighborhood location

4 Oktoberfest attendees- property was clean and right next to the metro which made life easy for exploring. Hip vibe to the whole place, too.

Perfect in Every Way

We had a great experience in this property! Tanja, the host, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed, even helping us with some travel issues. The apartment was clean, well decorated, on the ground floor, and adjacent to a metro stop that was within 3 short stops of the main train station and everything in the city center. No A/C, but 3 powerful fans made everything comfortable. Fantastic washer/dryer. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Location and space were excellent. We were a family of 4 very happily staying there. Living kitchen space were great. Shower was a bit tight but overall we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment easy access to all of Munich

Wonderful place with everything you need. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants AND right outside is the subway to all points in Munich and beyond. If coming by car the parking just outside was tricky but there are plenty of places within a small walk.

Beautiful appointed and stylish apartment.

For our short stay in Munich, this perfectly located home from home was exactly what we needed to explore the many districts of the city. Furnished with attention to detail and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to Tanja, the talented interior designer who transformed this space and also made us feel welcome.

The apartment is beautiful, photos were accurate. Felt very clean, with good light. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Would be good for families w the playgrounds all around. We would recommend!

Perfect spot for a family of 3-4 in Munich

Left very impressed with the property. The location is ideal to tour the center of Munich and enjoy the shopping and Biergartens 😁 The local grocery store has pretty much any family would need. Fully functional kitchen, excellent shower and a washer/dryer that actually works at a property in Europe! Tanja was very hospitable and provided us a tour at check in, along with giving us a local recommendations. We would look to stay here again if we come back to Munich!

Loved this apartment!!

Loved this apartment. It was so close to the underground so getting around the city was very easy. Really good restaurants and grocery stores near by. The apartment was spotless and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and every little detail was well thought out throughout the entire apartment. Will definitely stay again when in Munich.

A hidden gem

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip with our friends to Oktoberfest. The location is ideal. The subway is literally right outside the front door. The apartment is very cute, comfortable and well decorated. Tania met us to check in and gave us great information. She was so gracious! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect location!

Beautifully designed apartment steps from U-bahn. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants. Wonderful agents Tommy and Wolfgang even saved us a parking spot in front. We especially enjoyed reading the writings on the light in the living room. Loved this apartment and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Munich.

Loved this Apartment!

We had a wonderful time at the Puro Deluxe apartment in Munich. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was fantastic too. Close to public transit, restaurants, and the grocery store. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Little things like Nespresso capsules made it even better. The owner was responsive as well. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

Even more incredible than the pictures!

We had the best stay here! Centrally located near subway and train, this is a great rental. Tanja was very accommodating and accessible. She provided a pack and play for our 1 year old and was very helpful about the area. The apartment itself is big, comfortable, and quiet. It's in a larger apartment building but has a separate entrance. The bedrooms are separated so you can put the kids to bed in the back while staying up to watch TV, cook dinner, and enjoy your night. We had the best trip! Thank you, Tanja!

Fantastic Easter in Munich

The apartment is a great value for price, considering how clean, comfortable and well-positioned it actually is. The area is well served by local shops, but is very quiet. You even have a nice stream with ducks just in front of the building. At the same time you are at 10 minutes from city centre, three metro stops, with metro reachable via elevators in front of your door straight to the train platform! The owner is extremely friendly and relaxed. Kitchen and bathroom perfectly equipped, cannot think of anything that we missed during our holiday!

Designer apartment, great area, & location

We loved the apartment (need to have the designer do some interior design for us), spacious, modern 2 bed with 1 bath, laundry machines for use. Location is quiet and subway stop right outside the front door; a good line for the subway makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. Bakery, grocery store, pizza place and gelato shop very close. Two fans are provided to circulate the air, but like all apartments in Munich, no A/C. We did fine using the fans during our trip at the end of June and beginning of July. Great host. Very responsive and helpful. And if you rent a car, they have a parking pass you can use. We would stay here again for sure - great value.

Lovely 4 week stay in Munich

Overall we had a lovely stay at this cute, modern, ground floor apartment and our host Tanja was friendly and helpful. We loved its location which was away from the central tourist area but right next to U-Bahn station and several bus routes. Bakeries and grocery stores nearby were within 5 minutes of walking. There was a big kitchen where we cooked several times. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. No AC made sleeping a bit hot when temps were in high 80's but fans helped on these hot days. There were good storage options and overall very comfortable for 2 people. When our adult daughter visited for 10 days she used the 2nd bedroom which we learned on arrival was accessed through the one bathroom. This made for a bit of inconvenience but we made it work. The only issue we had was intermittent problems with the Wifi which required rebooting the router every few days and the Wifi often didn’t reach to back rooms of the apartment. But overall we really enjoyed staying here and it helped make our 4 weeks in Munich great. Thank you Tanja!

Stylish and close to transportation

The property is lovely and so close to transportation it makes getting around SO convenient. The dead end street is very quiet and we slept very well. The gentlemen who checked us in were fabulous and helpful. The only frustration was after we left we received a message that they said we had done several items of damage and were going to be charged additionally. They said we broke the blinds but I had put the blinds up that very morning we checked out and everything worked perfectly..The photos that were received as "evidence of the damage" were very unclear and one didnt even look like the same unit we stayed in. I tried to call the manager several times and never reached her. I emailed her and asked her to call me and she did not. Instead my credit card was charged with the maximum damage amount and I never heard from them again. I have learned from this that I need to do a walk through with the property manager and check out as well as check in....Safe Travels!

Literal tienes el metro saliendo de la casa, con maletas es una gran ventaja. Y además la decoración está hermosa, tiene cada rincón bien pensado.

Das Appartment besitzt einige wesentliche Vorteile: Geräumigkeit, Güte, Qualität und Lage. Das Wohlfühlgefühl richtet sich bald ein, man fühlt sich wie zuhause, wo es etwas kleiner ist. Ideal auch für 2 Paare ohne Kinder, da zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, die räumlich getrennt die Privatsphäre wahren. Wir kommen wieder!

Convenient and chic

The property was very well decorated and equipped though funky lighting was a bit sombre in places. Excellent location close to underground and very comfortable. Though it is called Unter Au or Puro there was no sign. We arrived in pouring rain and stood at the entrance to no 19 and waited almost 10 minutes when at last the check in person opened an adjoining door along the street. So it would be good to have a sign on the door. Otherwise check in was good and we had no problems. We were 3 adults but had we been 4 as originally planned the second bed was a bit small. Thank you for the added touches of coffee pods etc.
