Located on the scenic Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks, this lakefront retreat provides easy access to a variety of attractions by both boat and car. Just a short boat ride away, you'll find the newly remodeled Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus, known for its upscale yet casual dining, lakeside views, and live music events. For those seeking lively entertainment, Shady Gators offers a premier waterfront experience with live music, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere. Beyond dining and entertainment, the area boasts a range of activities including boating, fishing, and exploring local shops and attractions. Whether you're looking to relax on the water, enjoy a night out, or explore the natural beauty of the Ozarks, Landing on Lake Time serves as the perfect home base for your lakecation vacation

Guests at Landing on Lake Time will enjoy full access to the entire home, three spacious outdoor decks, and a private dock with sundeck, seating, and plenty of space for lake fun. The property includes parking for multiple vehicles and is easily accessible year-round by paved roads—no gravel or tricky turns to navigate. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a personalized access code for self-check-in and a digital welcome guide filled with helpful information about the home, local recommendations, and everything you need to settle in with ease. Whether you’re arriving by land or water, we make sure your Lakecation starts smoothly and stress-free!

Note: Boats and jet skis at dock are privately owned and not included in the rental, however there is a slip available for an extra fee.
We have a covered boat slip (18x28) available for rent at $40.00 a day. You can launch your boat at Millstone Marina for a $10.00 launching fee. You can then store your boat trailer at Storage Central on O road that comes with fencing and a code gate locking system. Our house does not have enough room for boat trailer parking. A code to the gate will be provided for Storage Central. Storage Central is part of the Daily rental fee.

Living Room
This open-concept space is the heart of the home, featuring cozy seating, a large smart TV, and expansive lake views through oversized windows. It flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for your group to gather, relax, and stay connected.
Dining Area
Conveniently located between the kitchen and living room, the dining area offers plenty of space for meals, games, or morning coffee with a view. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter provides extra spots for casual dining or hanging out.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for your stay—cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential appliances. It also features a gourmet coffee bar with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, plus everything you need to start your mornings right.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: One queen bed with a smart TV and relaxing decor.

Bedroom 2: One queen bed with a smart TV, ideal for couples or solo travelers.

Bedroom 3: A spacious king master bedroom with a smart TV and peaceful lake-inspired touches.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): A fun space for kids or extra guests, featuring a queen-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. This room also includes a smart TV for winding down at night.

Bathrooms (2 Total)
Both bathrooms are clean, and modern, and include walk-in showers. They come stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Owners Pantry & Owner's Closet
These areas are private and not to be used. The closet and pantry are for owners
only and are locked for protection. If doors are found open, a repair fee of $300
will be charged if found damaged.

Decks (3 Total)
Enjoy three separate outdoor decks that offer different ways to enjoy the view. The main deck features lounge and dining seating with gorgeous lake views. The lower deck provides shade for relaxing afternoons, and the third deck offers stunning views and firepit.

Private Dock

The home is equipped with high-speed WiFi throughout, and every bedroom includes a smart TV, so everyone can stream or unwind with their favorite shows at the end of the day.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited:
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. We do not allow any fireworks to be set off on the property due to potential damage. A $500 clean-up fee will be charged, and the stay will be immediately terminated without a refund if fireworks are used. Any damage due to the use of fireworks will be
charged as well.

Getting to Landing on Lake Time is easy and scenic. Located in Gravois Mills on the beautiful Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks, the home is accessible by car with well-maintained roads leading most of the way. Please note that the final half-mile to the property is a gravel road—perfectly drivable but something to keep in mind if you're arriving in a low-clearance vehicle.

There is plenty of on-site parking available for multiple vehicles, including space for trailers if you’re bringing a boat or jet skis. For those arriving by water, the home’s private dock provides a convenient spot to tie up and enjoy nearby lakefront favorites like Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus, Shady Gators, and Coconuts. Whether you’re arriving by land or lake, this property offers convenient access to all the fun Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
