Beautiful house & property. Check in & out was easy & didn’t have a million of “to-dos” before leaving. Host was polite & prompt in their responses to questions we had. 100/10 would recommend!!!

Wonderful lake house with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the dock for swimming and fishing. Several sizes of life jackets. Pack-n-play was great plus the kids used the board games and kayaks. Two washers and dryers was helpful. Everyone from the youngest to oldest had a great time.

The property was exceptional. We loved all of the outdoor seating options and different areas where everyone could be together or gather in smaller groups. The dock, lilly pad and kayaks were a great bonus. The owner told us about Lake Toons and they delivered and picked up a pontoon we rented. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. If we were to head to the lake again with a large group we would definitely return to this house.

Awesome House

We absolutely loved this house. Great lower level for all the teenagers, perfect dock and the cove is one of our new favorites. Communication with owner is top notch and everything you need this house has. First time renting but we will be back!

Perfect for families!

We stayed with 3 couples and 5 kids/teens. The accommodations were perfect, with all sleeping areas facing a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well- stocked and had everything we needed. The dock and swimming provided fun, and the use of kayaks and the lily pad made it especially entertaining for the kids. The house was clean, the neighborhood was safe, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this rental home and would stay again.

Fun lake home in cove in Gravois Mills

Our family stayed 5 wonderful nights. Our group consisted of my husband and our two grown kids and their fiancés as well as 2 dogs. We loved the wonderful home with so much space and amenities, perfect for our group with an extra bunk room and bunk area. We rented a pontoon from Lake Toons this time rather than pulling our boat the 5 plus hours and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the lake but we enjoyed the home and dock swimming areas even more. The cove is peaceful and home had everything, you wouldnt even need a boat to enjoy the lake! The fire pit, hammocks and and many lounging areas were the icing on the cake. We even had fun cooking in the large well appointed kitchen and eating as a family together for mist meals. One of our favorite vacations yet!

This property was fantastic. Owner was always available when I reached out for a question. The property is located in a quiet cove which was PERFECT for us. House was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning.

Great Mid-Week Stay

Great Owner & Comfortable Home

We booked this place because of its proximity to a friends house and it turned out to be great in so many ways. The owner was very nice and great to work with. The place is very cute and comfortable inside. A nice big deck and patio that were able to enjoy with the warmer weather. And plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.

All of our wants

This property hit all of our wants. GPS directions made finding the house difficult. Dirt roads to housing addition. The narrow inside stairs steps were difficult to maneuver for older folks and disabled. The downstairs group kept blowing a fuse, but the electrical panel was found and issue resolved. Management responded quickly to any correspondence. Only one poly cart available for trash, but a local gas station accepts bags of trash for $3.50 a bag. Paid almost $30.00 for this service.

LOTO 22’

This property and location is the best! 4 adults and 5 kids with lots of room to spare! Fishing was great for the kids With Bluegill and Catfish. Dock was perfect to hang out on and tie off our 28 ft boat. The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful as we were putting the boat in and parking the trailer at the private neighborhood ramp. We all agree that we would love to return next year!

Wonderful home! Great location!! Fantastic owners!!

We had a fabulous vacation with our extended family!! Great communication with the owners!! We loved using the kayaks and lily pad! The cove was perfect for the kids to swim and kayak safely without too much traffic. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, ranging in ages from 4-74! Laketoons was great to rent a boat, as they delivered and picked up, BUT make sure you are there when they pick-up or they will lie about how much gas is left and charge your card.

Great location

We booked this property last year, for our annual family vacation, and was not disappointed! Our group consisted of infants, kids, teens & adults. Just as an FYI, make sure to check all of the bedroom closets for the baby gate, pack-n-play, etc. PROS: There was plenty of parking for 4+ trucks/SUVs, the 2 refrigerators/freezers worked great, the bedrooms were adequate, the bunks were wonderful and the location was absolutely perfect! The dock was great, the lily pad was so much fun and fishing/swimming could not have been better!!! The charcoal grill was easy to cook on, but needs a really good cleaning. However, the Blackstone was perfect for cooking anytime, morning or evening. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, rags, dishes, etc. CONS: The gravel driveway is difficult to get in and out of, it would be much better paved or made of cement. The commercial ice maker that was listed in the information, was not there any longer. Outside the spider webs were everywhere, along with mosquitoes, that we thought would be swept off and sprayed for, but were not. The upstairs washer needs cleaned with afresh to get rid of the mildew smell and when you walk in the front door, it always smelled like body odor. These were all small things that did not bother us much. Overall, this place is GREAT & the owners were very easy to speak with. It’s a great places to swim, relax, make s’mores, play corn hole, or whatever you like to do. A great place to make memories!

Family fun

We had a great mini reunion here. One day we never even left the house because all you need for a great day is right there. Enough beds for 15 of us to sleep comfortably. Everything was provided. The dock and all the toys were amazing. The fire pit was a nightly thing and the kitchen was well stocked. I couldn’t have picked a better spot.

Great Family Home

This was a great place for a family get together. The cousins were all able to be together and there was plenty of room to hang out inside (the weather didn't cooperate).

Family vacation

This house is immaculate. It is also very well stocked. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a couple of unusual things come up with our reservation and they helped us above and beyond. The cove is very nice. We had young children with us and didn’t hesitate to let them swim and tube in the cove area. If you have a boat, it’s easy to get your boat down the ramp and you can quickly get to several places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the spaciousness of the property. Kids can be kept close or allowed freedom downstairs, the are so many entertaining areas. We don't feel like we're on top of each other when we're here. The views are amazing and this is by far the best cove for families and water sports on the lake.

Our home can easily fit large groups but can also be cozy enough for smaller families. Its so versatile and we love adding new decor and fixing the spaces up.
