The lake house

The house was very clean and set up perfectly. We spent most of the time outside! The kids loved playing on the lily pad in the water. The boat launch was an added bonus as we brought our boat. The weather was hot but the water was great! Rex is very responsive when trying to reach him and very nice.! I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return. Thank you Trx for a perfect week’

Lake VACA 7/2024

The house is very spacious and comfortable. We had a great 3 day weekend ! The beds were all very comfortable and the layout worked well for our family. There were 2 adults, 4 teenagers and our dog. Plenty of room for us all! Great cove for swimming or using the Lilly pad. I would give this house and location a 10/10

there are not 6 bedroooms

but we had some of our party cancel so it worked out perfect for us. loved the dock and outside/screened porches. Great area!!

Great stay

We have stayed at this house for many vacations now to the lake. We love the location and the size of the house. The house is close to all our favorite restaurants. Having the boat dock available for our boat is great. We love being able to walk out of the house and leave from the boat whenever we need to. We would definitely continue to return to the lake and wonderful rental house.

Home Away From Home

This is our second year staying here. We love this house and the location. It is in a quiet cove so the water is nice and calm for swimming off the dock. The house is equipped with everything you need. The onsite boat ramp and boat dock make things so convenient. We stayed with our adult children and there is plenty of space for everyone. We hope to be back next summer!

Ozark trip

Rex's place was absolutely perfect for us. We were in town fishing a bass tournament. We had 3 trucks and trailers and there was ample parking for our rigs. The convenience of the boat ramp on the property was very nice! Both a charcoal and gas grill on the property made our cooking super easy as well! Zero issues and would stay at Rex's property again when we come back!

Return Stay

We have stayed at this house multiple times. The house is in a great location to get to all our favorite restaurants. We love to travel with our dog and the house is very pet friendly. The neighbors are nice and the cove is very calm. The home owner is easy to talk to and is there to help with any concerns. Overall it is always a wonderful vacation, we absolutely love the lake and the area.

Peaceful Getaway

House was absolutely great! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and enjoying our coffee. The dock was great and the on-site boat ramp was so convenient! We stayed with our older girls and we all had our own space. The cove was nice and peaceful with very little boat traffic so we enjoyed floating in the water by the dock.

Perfect family getaway

With family spread across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, it is hard for us to all get together. This house provided us the opportunity to do just that. Room for everyone, a dock and water toys for the kids, and memories to last a lifetime. We hope to return next summer!

Excellent location

Rex’s lake house is great! Having the boat ramp was an AWSOME perk to the place. Not too steep to get in and out. The no wake cove made it excellent for the kids to swim off the dock.

Perfect getaway at the lake

We had so much fun at Rex's place! The location was perfect for what we needed. It seems like a very nice little community. The home was clean and welled stocked with everything we needed. We did bring our dog and she had an amazing time swimming in the lake. We caught many blue gill fish off of the dock, my oldest loved every minute of it. The extras were nice, like the floats, kayaks, grill and fire pit. We brought a badminton set with us and the backyard works well for it. The only issue we had, and it's only because we have small kids, the bunk bed was not the one shown in the pictures, the top bunk did not have railing so we could not utilize the bed like we had hoped.

Second time staying here! 👍

We chose this property for several reasons. The flat lot is easy on the joints, the house is comfortable the kitchen is well stocked and Rex is the best! One small problem with AC last year and he was right on it and had it fixed in no time. He's great at responding to any questions that you might have about the space. We'll plan to make trip number 3 here again next year!!! ❤️

Great location

Located on a quiet cove close to main channel. Not having to climb steep stairs to the water was a plus. Kids (20 year olds) liked the kayaks, nice surprise to have those available. House was clean and everything we needed was there. Rex was quick to respond when I had any questions

Great lake house

This was our third time back to the house. We love the location in the calm cove and it is close to all our favorite places. The lay out of the house works well for our family. We spent a lot of time this year in the windowed room off the kitchen that over looks the lake. We had 4 adults this year, a 9 month old, and our dog. Thank you Rex for having your house available to rent.

Great Cabin, perfect cove and boat ramp a plus!

We had a great weekend! Lots of places for people to sleep. Clean home. The covered porch was nice to have in the morning. Dock was perfect. Washer and Dryer was so nice to have. Bathrooms are a little small., but it’s nice to have two of them. Would highly recommend to families to rent!

Honeymoon at the Ozarks

First and foremost I would like to thank Rex for being so considerate and thorough with our experience we had a wonderful time from the moment we saw the house in the lake property until the cheerful ending of our honeymoon Rex you made it very special for us and Unforgettable the house looked amazing very clean and kept up we were able to enjoy the dock and The Kayaks there was a cute duck family the entertained us both day and night all week long we brought our dogs with us there were two one was a puppy he got separation anxiety and tore a hole in the carpet and kennel in one of the bedrooms Rex was so sweet about not docking are deposit because of it he said he didn't want to ruin our honeymoon or vacation that to me was a wedding gift in itself thank you so much for your consideration and your kind words Rex we will definitely for our future anniversaries
