Welcome to Sunrise Point! This property has been a guest favorite for the last 2 ½ years with mostly five star reviews. This is a new listing because of a change in management.

Nature is the star attraction of this property, which is situated on 1.6 acres with incredible lake views from nearly every room in the house. While many homes on the lake enjoy a view of the sunset, this home has the most amazing sunrises. Upon your arrival, the sound of waves and leaves will settle your soul. So, make this home your “home” even if you’re only here for a few days.

The Space
In the colder months, the bunk room has a sitting area for you to take in the most expansive views. When it’s warmer, immersing yourself in the outdoors by sitting on the back porch or closer to the water will not disappoint as there is water access from this property. One of the things that makes this property so accommodating to families is the existence of two master bedrooms and ensuites. The private driveway offers plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Boat ramps are located along HWY 9.

Sauna Suite: This suite has a king-sized bed and a beautiful ensuite with sauna and a shower/tub combo. This suite has a 50” Roku TV and also has direct access to the four-season bunk room.

Bunkroom: If you want to bring your kids to this getaway, Sunrise Point has you covered with a four-season bunk room that can sleep up to five children. This room includes a full over full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. There is a leather loveseat in this room, which could easily sleep another small child. (We have a pack n play crib and a highchair as well.)

Owner’s Suite: This suite includes a king-sized bed and its own ensuite complete with double vanity, soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. This room includes a sitting area and a 65” Roku TV.

Queen Bedroom: This bedroom, with an adjacent full bathroom, has a queen-sized bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle. This room comes with a 60” Roku TV and has ample closet space.

Sunrise Point is equipped with a kitchen that is any chef’s dream. Professional Thermador appliances are throughout the space. There is an assortment of spices as well as baking dishes, numerous pots and pans, cookie sheets, a baking stone, and plenty of other items available for you to use. There is a crockpot, air fryer, blender, toaster, and Instant Pot available for your use. Enjoy the coffee bar that includes a Keurig, a French press, a Chemex pour over, a coffee bean grinder, and a good old-fashioned coffee maker. The dining room table seats ten, and the bar will accompany four more guests. When weather permits, there’s an additional six spaces available at the dining table on the covered porch.

Severe Weather Ready
Severe weather doesn’t have to ruin your vacation. The closet next to the sauna doubles as a safe room. Should there be severe weather approaching, gather in the closet and close the door for peace of mind. If the neighborhood loses power, the Generac generator will automatically turn itself on and is large enough to run the entire home including the tankless water heater and air conditioner.

EV Charger
If you own an electric vehicle (EV), we hope you decided to come to your vacation home in it.
If so, feel free to charge your EV on us. There is a Level two 40-amp J1772 charger on the east wall of the garage. On top of the cable mount is a Tesla adapter for that charger.

Outdoor Space and Lake Access
Guests of Sunrise Point will enjoy privacy in the expansive wooded yard with a lake view, a hammock, covered comfortable patio seating, a dining table, and a Blackstone flat top griddle.
A few steps down from the covered patio is an additional paved seating area, complete with Adirondack chairs, a firepit, and twinkle lights.

From the fire-pit area, follow the cut path about 100 feet down to the lakeshore. Here you’ll find a secluded pebble beach, perfect for fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. This section of the lake is open to the public; however, it is not a highly trafficked area and you will likely have the cove to yourself often.

Neighborhood
Sunrise Point is the first vacation home available in the up-and-coming gated neighborhood, The Preserve at 9A on Lake Eufaula. You’ll enjoy all modern utilities and high-speed internet. This is “lake life” with the comforts of home built in. There is a neighborhood pool available to guests of Sunrise Point that is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends.
The nearby resort neighborhood of Carlton Landing has public parks, restaurants, and events that you are welcome to attend. Pool access at Carlton Landing is not included with your rental at Sunrise Point, but you can get a day pass to the X-Treme RV Resort, a premium facility about 15 minutes away, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
