THE SPACE: • 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony. • 1 King bed, 1 Sofa-Bed Full • Spacious 1,002 ft² of living space. • Ocean and Pool view with Northeastern exposure • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include HD TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.
GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, white sand beaches, a 5-star spa, a gym, and valet service.
GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • This is a privately-owned condominium unit located in the Tresor Condominium. This unit is not operated or managed by the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Guests of this residence are subject to all Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel rules and regulations and Tresor Condominium rules and regulations. • Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. The rate for the mandatory final clean varies depending on the size of the residence and length of stay. Contact us for more information. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information. • Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee. • Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

Apartment is quite dated and in need of an upgrade (paint, rugs, etc.) We found black hairs in the bathroom and also a bunch of little black bugs. The view was nice and the bed was comfortable though.
