Beautiful property and resort

The resort was amazing, and the room was great. The manager, Karen, was responsive and took care of requests immediately. The only negative is that the resort itself does not have bottled drinking water anywhere (no store, vending machines) and we arrived after 130 am unable to get any water. I finally walked to the main lobby to purchase from the front desk.

Can’t beat it!

FAB spot for a girls getaway weekend! Room was amazing! LOVED catching the afternoon sun at the pool literally outside the patio! Added bonus! Hotel always great and you have access to it all! Location perfect for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Stay! We stay here all the time but this was the first time we stayed in this room. Very clean and convenient and view of ocean is just steps away. The pool right outside was convenient for a morning or late night swim with the kids. We had some trouble with the room key but the front desk resolved for us and Karen was quick to respond and help anytime we messaged. Would stay in this room again!

Excellent Stay at an Excellent Resort with an Excellent Host

We had a great time as always staying at the Fountainebleau, that is the constant. The part that set this trip apart was the ease at which Karen made it happen. Staying in the Sorrento suite affords much more room but they are not always easy to come by. Karen was extremely accommodating through out the process and during the stay. I will certainly be booking her unit in the future.

The room and hotel were great. The fire alarm in the room was missing when we checked in and the manager switched our rooms from 5th floor to 9th floor after booking. Overall no big deal tho and we had fun

Great way to experience Miami Beach!

My family and I loved our stay - this was a great way to experience all that the Fountainebleau resort and Miami Beach area had to offer! The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Property manager Karen was great - there was a last-minute scheduling conflict with our original room and she upgraded us to a larger property for no additional charge. She was also super-helpful with all of our questions as well as check-in and check-out information. We were in the Sorrento Tower, which I highly recommend - on the 5th floor, it has its own small pool and large patio area where you have a gorgeous view of the ocean. The tower has its own outside entrance and drive-up circle that you can use once you have checked in at the resort's main desk. (You'll have to be very specific with Uber/Lyft drivers about this pickup and dropoff point when arranging rides.) All of our previous Vrbo experiences have been with single-family homes and condos, so there are a few differences here. You are considered resort guests - there is no daily cleaning but you have access to concierge and bell services (e.g., you can have more towels brought up). Access to pool areas and the spa are included. There are several restaurants and bars on site that are amazing!

enjoyed our stay

there were a lot of great things about this place, starting with the fact that the images in the listing are of the exact property (as opposed to some that show example rooms that are nicer than what you ultimately get). the property manager, karen, is super attentive and responsive, which i deeply appreciated. there is a small pool area right outside the room, which was awesome. for someone like me, who was looking to sunbathe without the crowds of the main pool, this was absolutely perfect. the location is fantastic, easy access to the beach, and the spa was also a big plus. on the downside, the room wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived; pretty much all the furniture and fixtures were either covered in dust or fingerprints/smudges. ultimately this wasn’t a deal breaker; the host alerted the housekeeping supervisor and offered to have it cleaned right away, but i was surprised by the level of cleanliness, which seemed more like someone’s well-used guest room as opposed to a 5-star hotel. i also didn’t love the bathroom layout, but it’s exactly as pictured so i knew what to expect. also, it’s just one big room — essentially a double hotel room with super high ceilings — but again, all this is pictured. as long as you’re OK with no privacy between you and the other folks staying with you, this could work out well! overall, karen was an excellent host and we enjoyed our stay at the fontainebleau.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect VRBO for a fun girls getaway!! The suite was wonderful and all 6 of us fit very comfortably. The balcony overlooks an essentially private pool separate from the rest of the hotel pools and we were able to have it all to ourselves one afternoon!! The host was wonderful and very easy to get in touch with the entire weekend. 5/5 stars would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!!

This property was awesome. I would 100% stay again, it is not far from lobby or pool/beach, and has a pool on the same floor. This was my 2nd time staying at Fontainebleau and I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay

The room was spacious and just what we needed. The carpet could use a good cleaning or replacing but otherwise good. Only issue we had was the room wasn’t available until 5:30 and bell service was slow. Would stay again. Great location as well. The ocean view is minimal and distant.

Awesome suite at exclusive luxury resort

Fountainbleau was a beautiful resort and the suite had wonderful ocean views and direct access to a somewhat "private" pool. We felt pampered every moment of our stay and would recommend this resort and suite to anyone looking for a beach getaway. It was perfect for our family of four (2 teenage boys)!

Karen our hostess was extremely responsive. The communications was excellent! The room is very spacious and has a pool on the same level with ocean views. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment!

Great location!

This property is located in the perfect spot! It was almost like having your own private pool off your patio. The restaurants were good! And we also enjoyed lobby bar. Great area for people watching. Lol The owner, Katen, was fantastic as well!

Apartament not ready.

When we got to the apartament we just find out that the AC wasn't working and we had to stay two days without Ac until a company finally came and repair. Third day a water paddle in the floor from Ac, we had to put towels in the floor... Forth and fifth day next room noise until 7 Am. We won't rent from this company again and I won't recommended it to anybody.
