This home is beautifully remodeled. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom is perfect for a couple (room for family to visit) or family and sleeps up to 8.
The Primary Master suite has a California King with en suite bathroom, Smart TV, ceiling fan and beautiful expansive views of the course and sunsets.
Guest Room on The Pool has a queen bed, ceiling fan and beautiful views of the pool and golf course.
Guest Room #2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a bonus room with twin over full size bunks. This room has a pocket door.

The open space family room floor plan includes a well-appointed kitchen and separate dining area.

A golf cart is included with the rental. Golf carts can be driven all around Grand and conveniently to grocery, restaurants etc.

The Grand has, four championship golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, putting greens, two state-of-the-art community centers with beautiful pools and hot tubs, and indoor pool, putting greens pickle ball, lawn bowling, activity clubs and so much more. Full access to all Sun City Grand amenities for stays of 30 days or longer can purchased through Sun City Grand.
Two full-service restaurants can also be found within the resort (all resort facilities are for guests staying 30 days or more w/a paid fee).

Explore beyond the resort and visit the Cactus League ball parks, just 20 minutes away, go shopping at one of the many outlet malls, see a movie, take in a concert, or even a hike, just 5 minutes away. Take a road trip to explore Sedona, Apache Junction and the Barleen Dinner Theatre, Jerome and the beauty of Arizona’s famed red rocks. The Grand Canyon is just a few hours away.

Please note:
• This is an active resort community; at least one person in the rental party must be 45+. Stays must be at least 30 days.
• A copy of driver's licenses is required, as well as the rental agreement .
• Internet is provided.
• Kitchen is fully stocked w plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, glassware, blender, toaster,
crockpot, mixing bowls, coffee maker, and more
• Check in time is 3:00 PM or later (self-check-in is an option)
• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• All last-minute reservations are subject to an additional fee
• Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis for a $250.00 non-refundable fee per pet. Small dog (up to 10 lbs) allowed.
Cats are not an option under any circumstances.
• No Smoking, No Vaping
• No large gatherings. Quiet Time is from 10 pm – 8 am
• POOL: during the months of April - October, the pool is not heated. November -
April guests are welcome to pay an additional fee to heat the pool.

Contact free self-check in. Access to an attached garage and driveway parking. Navigate your way through The Grand with a golf cart, included with the rental for your use.

Fees:
Refundable Golf Cart = $500
Non-Refundable Small Dog = $250
Non-Refundable Heating the Pool = $250/week
Non-Refundable Heating the Hot Tub = 2 hours/daily included if more needed call

Tenant is responsible for any damages to the property. Per our HOA a 30 day minimum stay is required. If you need a shorter stay please send an inquiry.
