A relaxing Arizona vacation awaits you at this charming 3 bedroom home with backyard oasis, which is sure to be your favorite place to relax and unwind. Enjoy the gated, private pool and in-ground spa. Enjoy a lazy summer day in the hammock, cool off and relax under the pool umbrellas or sit pool-side in the lounge chairs. Enjoy family BBQ's at our outdoor kitchen with grill, eating bar and outdoor dining table. Spend time chatting by the firepit on cooler nights or get in some golf time on our putting green!

All bedrooms have queen beds and plenty of storage space and the master bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Living Room, Master BR & BR2 have flat screen smart TV's with a variety of channels available.
Wi-fi download speeds up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).

The well appointed dining room is equipped with a table for six, as well as a sideboard with wine, whiskey and cocktail glasses, ice buckets, bartender kit and a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Blender!

This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning staff between bookings and basic supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided.

We do love dogs and welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs (1 dog per booking).

A few items to note:

The pool / hot tub can be heated for an additional fee between October 1st - April 30th ($300 for visits up to 7 nights).

To maximize guest comfort, our thermostat is set to HEAT the home to 68 and COOL to 73 Deg F. The temperature settings will not be modified.

Propane tanks are included in the grill & firepit, however propane fuel is guest's responsibility.

The home is equipped with a security system and we encourage our guests to use the system during your stay.

No more than six people on the property at ANY time. (Parties and large events are not allowed.)

This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.

To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features seven exterior security cameras consisting of a front door Ring doorbell, one camera over front driveway, two cameras on the east side of home, two cameras on west side of home and one camera inside the garage. There are NO cameras inside the home.
