Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Vehicles that will not be allowed include:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.

2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, those with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6'8" height limit.

3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (these are difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Aftermarket lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will apply:



- $35 per pet, per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights

- $250 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights

- $400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more



Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues within the building.



**Guest Verification Required Before Check-In**



To meet legal and security standards, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check. This information is only used for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.



All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Abide by our rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

- Complete a background check if requested by the property management or owner, as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms

- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.



Please note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $39 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
