The Owassa Getaway is located in Arrowhead Lake, Pennsylvania, in the Pocono Mountains. In this perfect spot for a group of 6 guests, you will have access to lakes, a community clubhouse with gym, tennis and basketball.

The space
Enjoy this beautiful getaway in this cozy renovated 3 bedroom/1 bath home. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Every bedroom has a smart TV.

The home has an empty lot on each side so you have full privacy during your stay. Their is also no homes behind the house. (This is a very rare "amenity.")

The home also is equipped with a Generator. Our home can run up to 7 days should any issue arise with power during your stay. Don't risk losing power during your vacation at a home without a Generator.

BACKYARD: Completely fenced in backyard for the ultimate in Privacy and Safety for your relaxing stay in the Poconos. (We are the ONLY home in Arrowhead that has a Privacy Fence). The Fire Pit is surrounded by 6 Adirondack Chairs, and we have all the firewood you would need. Build a fire & enjoy some S’mores! We have an outdoor table to enjoy eating with a large umbrella to block any sun. We have a grill with a propane tank.

LIVING SPACE: Recently renovated home. Central Heating & Air Conditioning, electric fireplace that gives off heat and a 65’ Smart TV in the family room.

EAT-IN KITCHEN: Newly renovated, new appliances, Keurig coffee maker and pods, and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS: 1 Queen Size, 2 Twins and bunk bed with a Twin Size and Full-Size Mattress. Each room has a Smart TV.

FRONT OF THE HOUSE: Large deck with Adirondack Chairs and Sofa. This spot is perfect for your morning coffee as the sun begins to rise from the back of the house. Or just enjoy a quite spot to relax.

CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: Just leave linens or dirty items on the bed or on the floor. The only cleaning you are responsible for is during your stay to take any full garbage bags to the trash center. Do not leave any garbage outside.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the whole house except the Owner's pantry in the bunk bed bedroom. That will remain locked so please do not attempt to open it.

We are a short drive from the lake and beaches, 3 pools and clubhouse. You will need to wear the temp. wristbands when accessing the amenities.

**We provide starter supplies. You may need to bring more depending on the size of your group and length of your visit.**

Getting around
Arrowhead Lake is a beautiful Lake Community. With that being said, it can be busy at times. The community is Golf Cart friendly so you do need to be aware of people driving their Golf Carts around. Other than that, it's an easy place to get around. All the pool areas and lake areas have parking.

**COMMUNITY (HOA) FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 2+ days prior to arrival):
1) HOA Temporary membership which includes:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free

2) HOA Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay.

3) HOA Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable) fee

4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept any registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association (HOA); we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.

Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.

Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack, etc.) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house. You can also pick up a flyer with the Trash Center address during check-in at the Rental Office.
