Each home sits on its own private lot and features parking, soft outdoor lighting, a picnic table, and a crackling firepit stocked with wood and kindling—perfect for evenings under the stars. A shared gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

Inside, you’ll be embraced by the natural beauty of locally sourced Upper Peninsula pine, glowing with warm light that highlights the rich textures and golden tones of the wood. Eccentric ceiling fans gently stir the air from the soaring dormer ceiling, adding charm and comfort.

Unwind on a cozy queen-sized bed made with soft, high-quality linens. The full bathroom includes a beautifully tiled shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
