Woods Conservation Area. Whether you’re here to fish, float, hike, hunt, antique, or simply relax in nature, this is your ideal Ozarks getaway.

THE PROPERTY

This rustic river home comfortably accommodates 13+ guests with plenty of space to gather and room to retreat. Enjoy breathtaking views from the back deck, unwind on the screened-in porch, or explore the private footpath leading down the bluff to the river.

Note: The trail to the river is steep and may not be suitable for all guests. Fortunately, multiple public access points to the river are just a short drive away!s

Great Room

The heart of the home, perfect for meals, games, and memory-making. Stretch out on the oversized sectional, host a game night, or let the kids swing from the indoor rope swing! A screened-in porch and open layout make it easy to connect and relax.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook up homemade meals or pop in a pizza in the double oven. Fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining table seats up to 12 guests—ideal for shared meals or a competitive board game night.

Music & Living Room

Catch a movie on DVD, cozy up with a good book, or play a tune on the upright piano in this charming second living space. Close the French doors for a quieter escape.

Deck & Porches

Sunbathe, sip your morning coffee, or swing in the hammock as you overlook the majestic river valley. The screened porch might just become your favorite room in the house.

There are window ac units throughthe house and each bedroom has its own window unit. The house also features ceiling and box fans throughout, and a powerful attic fan to pull in the cool night air.

Hike Down to River Access

A steep private path leads to a secluded gravel bar where you can fish, swim, or hunt for crawdads. Don’t want to hike? You’re only minutes from several public river access points—perfect for float trips or fishing with ease.
