Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We pressure wash the exterior of the property regularly; however, we have experienced an unusually large amount of rain over the past montj, which can cause surfaces to become dirty more quickly than normal. We certainly do not have an ongoing mildew issue. I'm also not sure what garage you are referring to, as the property does not have a garage, which is reflected in all of our listing photos. For future reference, the kitchen towels are located in the drawer beside the coffee machine. We apologize if they were not immediately visible. While we do not advertise an ice maker or provide bags of ice, we appreciate that feedback and will consider making that information clearer for future guests. Other than the missing ice and hand towels, we're happy to hear that the interior of the home met your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your comments.
