Condominio en el área suburbana de 2 habitaciones, cada habitación tiene una cama Queen y un conjunto de literas. 2 baños completos con duchas. Uno tiene una lavadora y secadora para acomodar sus necesidades de lavandería. Cocina completa, estufa refrigerada, mesa y barra. Salón completo con amplio sofá seccional y sillón reclinable. Detrás de la cubierta donde puede relajarse y disfrutar de una copa de vino o esa cerveza y cigarro. También tenemos una pequeña parrilla en la terraza. Proporcionamos ropa de cama y baño completos, no proporcionamos productos de cuidado personal como jabón, pasta de dientes, champú, etc. También proporcionamos utensilios de cocina completos, cubiertos, platos. 3 televisores, uno en cada habitación y otro en la sala de estar. WiFi y cable, mucho entretenimiento cerca, excelentes restaurantes, bares, clubes y entretenimiento en vivo. Tenemos 3 lugares de estacionamiento en el frente y estacionamiento adicional en el costado para botes. Estamos en una ubicación ideal para pescar en la isla Delacroix, Shell Beach, Hopedale y Bayou Bienvenue. Estamos a unos 16 km del barrio francés. No se admiten mascotas ni fumadores.

Property owner very attentive. Location was great. It is a second floor unit. It was a half hour drive to the convention center but it was worth it not to worry about safety and parking issues. I would recommend this place.

Nice place to stay

We were three persons, so we had a lot of space. Everything there we needed. You need a car to go to the city. Place was easy to find. Checkin process was easy.

Good location and clean accommodations.

Good experience and conveniently located. Only shortcoming was the poor water pressure in the showers. I'm a repeat costumer at this property.

Great time staying at this property! Amenities were perfect for the few days we were there! Short trip to the grocery stores and to hopedale Marina. Will definitely stay next year

Comfortable place to stay and convenient location for fishing. One thing to be aware of is there are stairs for those with accessibility challenges.

Awesome stay!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, well kept and very spacious. The only thing is I was under the impression that there would be wifi available and was unable to access it. However, we had amazing cell service and overall enjoyed our stay!!!!

Only to notice a few days later we received a notice for non delivery of the email. Was very close approximity to the family place there. Easy access and very comfortable. Could use bigger TVs and smart tvs. But overall, the place is great. Will stay here again

Great little getaway!

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our short visit to New Orleans. The bedrooms were perfect. There were only 3 of us but you could easily sleep 6 or 7 comfortably. Dennis was very responsive to any questions. The only suggestion I would have is to have housekeeping check under the furniture. Otherwise a wonderful place and great price!

Nice and clean/accommodating and responsive host

We enjoyed our stay! Dennis was very accommodating and responsive! Not many places in that area with two additional bedrooms that aren’t just stacked with small beds! Also a plus there were two bathrooms with showers! There was plenty of room for us to park two trucks and a large boat. It’s a great location if your fishing in the area. 30 minutes from hopedale. 5 out of five stars!

Great option for a fishing condo near Shell Beach

Our group of 4 guys stayed at this condo for a few nights while we were fishing out of Shell Beach. The condo is in a convenient area for getting to the marina there (20-25 minute drive), and also getting up to the city. Stores and restaurants in Meraux and Violet are just a few minute drive a way, and a gas station with convenience store is within walking distance. The furnishings are modest, yet comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Our charter captain stopped by the condo our last day there and said it was one of the best condos he has seen in the area for his clients and wanted the owner's number. The only thing I wished we had were folding chairs to be able to sit outside on the deck area. Highly recommend Today's Ketch just up the road for some excellent seafood options. Thanks to Dennis for providing such a great place to stay for us.
