Great place to see the water with great beach access

Fantastic property! The view was amazing and we had easy access to the beach. We never had to leave the property. They even had an ice machine on in the breezeway in if we needed additional ice. I am highly recommend this unit as well as this complex.

Great condo

We had a great time in this condo! Right on the beach! Nice balcony with furniture! Only problem was we had to go get sheets for the fold out bed from Phoenix III. Good coffee pot! Definitely would rent again!

loved it!

Loved everything about this condo except the fold out couch!!! It was like sleeping straight on springs, awful! Everything else was great!

Could use some updates, a lamp was broken and some of the outlets did not work. I would have preferred a room that was not above the pool due to excessive noise and loud music.

Anniversary Getaway

We booked our stay to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary on the beach. It was a nice condo with an amazing beach view. In all the condos that we’ve stayed in the owners or agencies have provided coffee, dishwasher pods, beach chairs & a few other accessories. This one did not so we had to go out & buy these items. Also, the fire alarm kept going off when the temperature was moved either way. When leaving it was instructed that we leave the thermostat at 75 but when we did the fire alarm kept going off so we left it in the 60s. Overall we had a nice stay & would book again.

Just ok

The good: Phoenix I building and amenities were clean and very well kept. Employees were helpful and very friendly. Elevators were fast and not crowded. Ample parking space and plenty of luggage carts, even had a supermarket cart for hauling your groceries. Pool and deck were great. The not so good: Our condo was old and outdated. For the amount of money we spent I was expecting more. Kitchen had the bare minimum and the whole condo needed a good cleaning. I will stay at the Phoenix I again, but a different rental unit for sure.

Whatley family vacation

We had a nice stay over all. The view was beautiful but hard to enjoy due the the fire alarm CONSTANTLY going off and would not stop. I called for someone to come fix it and told me they wouldn’t be able to till today. I called again and complained because I have two small children who can not sleep like that. Someone did come “fix” it though it continued to beep as if the battery was dead. And the elevators seriously need fixed. We probably spent half our stay waiting on an elevator.

Beautiful view from balcony. Large open balcony with full views. The only complaint would be the bedroom is in the front of the condo, so you don’t wake up to the ocean views like other beachfront condos. Elevator was fast and convenient to condo. Plenty of parking in the front. Parking was not included in the cost. Extra 60-70. Great location!!!

Great Place to stay for a small family

Overall, our stay was great. There was an issue with the hot water which took some time to fix. We were there for 4 days and 2 of those days had to have a maintenance man come to fix it. The first time he was prompt but the second time, I got someone on the phone. Waited 45 minutes, called back downstairs and the front desk was gone for the evening which left us wondering if someone was coming or not. We ended up leaving to go to dinner and it got fixed while we were gone. Just annoying but overall, would stay again. That was our only complaint.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend get-away. Condo was very clean, updated, & very close to restaurants and shopping.. Everything about this stay was relaxing! Condo owner has supplied the kitchen with everything that you would need as well. Staff was very friendly & we will definitely be bringing the kids our next time around!
