Perched on a private, wooded ridge, our spacious 5-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of serenity, comfort, and easy access to the region’s best trails. We are well suited for bikers, hikers, golfers, families and work groups. After a day of outdoor adventure, return home to relax in comfort.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals for your group.

For entertainment, head to the fun-filled game room for friendly competition: ping pong, foosball, board games, a game table, and a 62" smart TV. The game room also includes a wet bar and an additional refrigerator.

Our home comfortably sleeps large groups across five bedrooms and easily accommodates 4-5 adult couples. We have three plush king-sized beds and a separate large, flexible bedroom featuring a premium queen bed plus additional single beds for kids or extra guests. The large flex bedroom is ideal for families, mixed-age groups, or couples who prefer a quieter lower-level room.

In addition, there is a bedroom on each level equipped with a work desk. Our main floor office/bedroom has a comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen bed when needed, and has a large desk and office chair. Our large lower level king bedroom also has a built in desk.

The ensuite master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in tile shower.

Step outside to your very private, large, two-level, west-facing deck overlooking lush forest. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, gather around the fire pit for stories under the stars, or relax in Adirondack chairs while taking in spectacular sunset views.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a crib, children’s books, and a baby monitor.

Two bedrooms feature dedicated workspaces with desks and high-speed Wi-Fi, making remote work easy if needed.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay, including a fully equipped bike garage with repair and cleaning tools and rack space for up to 10 bikes. It’s the perfect place to store your gear after a day on the trails.

Our location is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream — just 700 steps from the north entrance of Blowing Springs Park, the Razorback Greenway, and the legendary Back 40 trail system. From there, you can easily connect to the Little Sugar trail network as well. Our home sits at the end of a secluded, wooded, scenic cul-de-sac.

Located in the natural beauty of south Bella Vista, we are also just minutes from Bentonville’s restaurants, museums, and the Slaughter Pen trail area — giving you the perfect balance of Bella Vista’s tranquility and Bentonville’s energy.

Beyond the trails, you’ll be near many local attractions, including:
