This centrally air-conditioned three-bedroom condominium is located in one of the newest buildings in Forest Ridge and offers mountain and South Peak views from the front entry. Located on the second floor, you enter this condo into a foyer with a bench to remove coats and shoes. Continue to the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. In the living area, flip a switch to turn on the gas fireplace, then sink into the comfortable living room sofa to watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The back deck with a wooded view is accessed from the living area and primary bedroom suite. The full kitchen offers a gas stove while the dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the counter bar stools.
The primary bedroom is where you will find a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks. A 2nd bath is in the hall just before these bedrooms.

While here make sure to enjoy the Forest Ridge Swim Club with its indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, small fitness room, and tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access. In the area, you will find lots to do including hiking, mountain biking, golfing, alpine and Nordic skiing, summer attractions, and much more.

Will be staying here again!

Easy check in and check out, clean property, and tons of space. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels for the pool.

Family White Mountain Adventure

The condo was amazing it was a little to far from the pool for our family. The kids though did enjoy riding their bikes. The time we stayed the weather was awesome the location was great for all of the day trips we took.

Great getaway

This place was amazing! Super clean and plenty of space for our 5-member family. Loved the open floor plan and balcony for quiet time. Walk out the front door for a beautiful view of the mountains on every side. Perfect driving distance for day trips to Vermont and Boston.

Beautiful condo in convenient location!

This condo was really lovely. Seems like new construction, everything really beautiful and well laid-out. The location was great as well - about half way between downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain. Easy to get to both. We really enjoyed staying here!

Family ski trip

The condo is beautiful, modern, spacious, and perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families. It had everything we needed and was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The mud room area for ski bags and coats/boots is amazing. The fireplace makes the living room so cozy and heats the room up instantly. We would love to stay again.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable condo in great location. Description said central AC but it was two AC units not central AC; either way it was cool and comfortable. However the balcony doors had to be unlocked due to the AC units. Centrally located between Storyland and Santa’s Village.

The location was great—close to Main Street, which made it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. The inside of the unit was clean, though there were cobwebs right outside the front door that gave a less welcoming first impression.The bunk bed ladder was broken, which made it unsafe for my grandson to use, the pillows were poor quality. There also weren’t enough extra pillows to choose from. I was surprised that there was no hairdryer or even paper towels provided, and unlike other rentals we’ve stayed at, there weren’t any games or little extras to make the space feel more homey.On the plus side, the indoor pool was great and very convenient to access, though having to download an app to get in was a bit of a hassle.Overall, the location and pool were definite highlights, but a few updates and small touches would really improve the comfort and experience here.

Loon Ski Weekend

We loved staying at this condo while skiing at Loon this past weekend. It was clean, fairly new, and had a great layout. The kids loved the bunkbeds (including the little reading basket next to the top bunk!) and the other bedrooms were nice. Big screened were a plus during NFL playoffs. Love the forest view from the condo (so cozy!) and the nice gas fireplace. If there’s a suggestion for the owners, I would say to provide a larger strainer for pasta, as that’s very likely what families who cook dinner after skiing will make. :-). Would love to see a rug in the family room area, and some warm touches, like throws and pillows. It’s cold enough in the winter in New Hampshire! Everything else was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 6 days.The location was very convenient to many fun activities, hikes and good restaurants.The place is big and easily sleeps 8 comfortably.Beds were comfortable. We visited in August and the pool and jacuzzi at the sports club were a nice addition to the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to cook but bring your own spices if needed. We had a downstairs neigh or who was smoking weed and cigarettes on day one and we called the neighbors xtvdaybwhen it was filling our condo with the smell and the office sent someone right over and dealt with the smokers and we had no more issues from then on. Condo has portable air conditioners that worked great. Only negative was drains were a bit clogged in bathrooms but my hand husband was able to deal with that but I am sure the maintenance would have if we had called. Also the deck was very pretty but in August, the spiders were I'm abundance and the webs were huge so we admired the deck from inside. Figured we all could use our own space and no spiders dared to an indoor visit so we were all well behaved. 🙂.Overall a really great place to stay and beautiful area of the white mountain to visit. Highly recommend. Place was clean, very well maintained and modern.

Fantastic location too, less than 10 minutes from the mountain even in moderate traffic! I'd definitely stay again.
