Tenemos una cocina moderna completamente nueva, baños renovados, hermosos pisos nuevos, alfombras nuevas en el dormitorio, ¡todo lo que puedas pedir! Ven y visita 1506 ... ¡te alegrarás de haberlo hecho!

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Property was as described. Decor was nice and updated. Air conditioner worked great. Master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable view!!

This property was just as described! Pros: beautiful view, you can hear the waves right from the living room or master suite, massive wrap around balcony perfect to have breakfast and dinner on while enjoying the view, secondary balcony in second bedroom, super clean, access to beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beach has unbelievable clean white sand. Cons: check in time is tough as you can’t check in until 4pm but they close at 5pm. Lots of ways to work around this if you coordinate with the office but took a little extra planning. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Positives: The view was awesome! Negatives: There were no hangers for your clothes. There were not enough cleaning supplies since you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself (dishes, throw away garbage, putting the towels in the laundry machine). The light in the porch wasn’t working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 4th time to stay at Nautilus and every time I've stayed in a different unit. All rooms have been amazing. Updated and very clean. I love how this unit has lined curtains in the bedrooms and loved the large balcony. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I was coming back from the beach one day I found the maintenance man inside my unit changing air filters. I would've liked to have been warned about that. Other than that our stay couldn't have been better.

Only complaint is some of the furniture was very old and dirty. Could use a little updating. Over all the condo was good. We don’t spend much time in the condo so not as big of a deal. The bedroom view was AMAZING and our favorite part. Bedroom bathroom and patio were all top notch. Probably the best bedroom veiws I’ve had in the area in over 15 years of coming here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, satisfied with our stay. The beach and local restaurants did not disappoint! The Nautilus is looking a bit old and run down. A bare foot walk in the hall or unit balcony will leave the bottom of your feet black. The unit’s en suite bathroom shower had thick shower grim-soap scum and bad repair of the wall around the toilet paper holder. With that being said, we are looking forward to coming back next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was pretty however there are a few things. Need more lights in the living room area. The master best ceiling fan did not work and needs repair but we didn’t need to use the fan. The toilets need to be replaced with higher one especially for tall or senior people. Could use a pizza pan and air fryer in kitchen. The unit was non smoking but I did not know the grounds were not. The beautiful unit balcony could not be enjoyed by us in the afternoon due to other units smoking on their balconies. So this is a deal breaking for future visits for us. I would only recommit individuals that don’t mind smoking.

We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay
