Great location! The building is starting to show its age and was not as clean as I would like. Especially the elevators. The condo is nice but not great. The washer and dryer and ac are very loud. Beds are so-so. For the price, it was a little disappointing.

Only complaint is some of the furniture was very old and dirty. Could use a little updating. Over all the condo was good. We don’t spend much time in the condo so not as big of a deal. The bedroom view was AMAZING and our favorite part. Bedroom bathroom and patio were all top notch. Probably the best bedroom veiws I’ve had in the area in over 15 years of coming here.

25th Anniversary

Property was as described. Decor was nice and updated. Air conditioner worked great. Master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very nice and clean! The Balcony was the absolute best. The only problem we had was the chairs that were part of the reason we chose this location. It was kind of a bummer on not being able to have a chair set up a little further away from everyone still in boundary of condos. Not anything crazy just given a little more room. I was actually charged 15 for that to be done on day 1, so o chose to go purchase an umbrella myself.

Regarding the beach chairs, the vendor can only set up within the legally designated zone, which is why they aren’t able to move them farther out. For guests wanting more room, the east end near the public access is always available for personal umbrellas and chairs. We’re glad you still enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again.

The grand kids were so excited watching the dolphins swim by. We would sit on the balcony every morning, regardless of weather and have coffee.

Unbelievable view!!

This property was just as described! Pros: beautiful view, you can hear the waves right from the living room or master suite, massive wrap around balcony perfect to have breakfast and dinner on while enjoying the view, secondary balcony in second bedroom, super clean, access to beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beach has unbelievable clean white sand. Cons: check in time is tough as you can’t check in until 4pm but they close at 5pm. Lots of ways to work around this if you coordinate with the office but took a little extra planning. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Positives: The view was awesome! Negatives: There were no hangers for your clothes. There were not enough cleaning supplies since you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself (dishes, throw away garbage, putting the towels in the laundry machine). The light in the porch wasn’t working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 4th time to stay at Nautilus and every time I've stayed in a different unit. All rooms have been amazing. Updated and very clean. I love how this unit has lined curtains in the bedrooms and loved the large balcony. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I was coming back from the beach one day I found the maintenance man inside my unit changing air filters. I would've liked to have been warned about that. Other than that our stay couldn't have been better.

Wonderful, needs tweaking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, satisfied with our stay. The beach and local restaurants did not disappoint! The Nautilus is looking a bit old and run down. A bare foot walk in the hall or unit balcony will leave the bottom of your feet black. The unit’s en suite bathroom shower had thick shower grim-soap scum and bad repair of the wall around the toilet paper holder. With that being said, we are looking forward to coming back next year!
