Other Things to Note:
🛡️DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $19/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but we’ve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.
🐶 Pet Policy & Fees
✔ We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs. Any more than 2 pets must be approved by management prior to booking.
Standard Pet Fees (handled after booking through our guest app):
⦁$15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay)
⦁$25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay)
Large Pet Surcharge (for pets over 35 lbs):
⦁One-time $49 fee for 1 large pet (in addition to standard pet fee)
⦁One-time $95 fee for 2 large pets (in addition to the standard pet fee)
These fees help cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the property clean, comfortable, and allergy-safe for all guests.

AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
✔ All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
⚠ Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

PACKAGE/MAIL DELIVERY POLICY
We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.
DAMAGES
✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit (if applicable)
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure.
