• Quiet Hours: We strictly observe local quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This property is equipped with an indoor noise monitor (Decibel levels only—no audio or conversations are recorded) to ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors.
• No Parties/Events: To keep our home in top shape, we do not allow parties or guests exceeding the maximum count.
• Smoke-Free & Pet-Free: Pine & Peak is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free environment. This helps us maintain a pristine space for guests with allergies.

🔐 SECURITY & PROTECTION
• Exterior Security: For your safety, the home is equipped with exterior-only cameras focused on the front door, driveway, and side/back yard areas. There are NO cameras inside the home.
• Professional Damage Protection: We’ve partnered with Truvi to provide a seamless resolution process in the rare event of accidental damage. This ensures issues are handled quickly and professionally without disrupting your vacation.
• Hospitality Standards: We utilize a professional, sanitizing cleaning process between every stay to meet the highest health and safety standards.

• Community Fee: Each reservation includes a fee that covers your private hot tub’s professional servicing, deep cleaning, and water quality standards. This ensures your spa is fresh, hot, and chemical-balanced the moment you arrive.

• Please notify us of any damages before departure. Damages discovered afterwards will automatically result in additional fees.
• For the safety and security of our guests and property, the home is equipped with exterior-only security cameras. These are video-only (no audio) and are located facing the driveway, side yard, and back yard. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
• This property is equipped with an indoor noise monitoring device. It does not record audio or conversations — it simply tracks decibel levels to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. This helps us prevent parties and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• We ask all guests to honor neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, shouting, or any disruptive behavior during this time — inside or outside the home.
