Quédese con nosotros y encontrará que este es su nuevo lugar favorito para las vacaciones. Si usted está viajando con su persona especial, o usted viene con toda la familia, tenemos sitio. Nuestro inmaculadamente limpio, condominio bellamente decorado se encuentra en el segundo piso (ascensor disponible) y ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitará para una estancia relajante en la playa. Y sí, estamos en la playa con una hermosa vista desde el apartamento. Relájese en el balcón, leer un libro, y escuchar las olas calmas lavar en tierra.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de lujo de tamaño king con un baño principal que tiene una hermosa ducha con piso de roca de río. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas completas. En el tercer dormitorio, el nido de Crowe, hay 2 juegos de literas que duermen cuatro.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con encimeras de granito. Needs new Cleaning staff

The property was great close to beach and town but the condo wasn't clean. Grill was dirty and there was still someone's clothes in the draw. Needs to hire new cleaning serve.

Hi Karen, I apologize about the missed clothing in the drawer. I double checked with the front office staff and nothing was mentioned about a dirty grill. I wish you would had said something as we would have sent someone over to clean it ASAP. As you know from the departure rules it is the previous guest's responsibility to clean the grill after use. We charge a $50 fee to the guests for uncleaned grills. We will reach out to the previous guest about this issue. We have a wonderful cleaning staff who has worked extremely hard during this unprecedented sold out summer. Feel free to email me if there were other cleaning concerns aside from the grill and clothing and I will have a discussion with the cleaner. Thanks, Natalie D. Rental Manager

Fun vacation

We had plenty of room and we had lots of fun .The interior was nice and clean , I did have to wipe out fridge and the microwave upon arrival but no harm done I always do a quick clean anyhow once arriving somewhere anyways . The views from the balcony were great , we could see the ocean and the pool was awesome having morning coffee and evening wine . We all slept wonderful to at night as well the master bathroom is so pretty with its pebble shower and floors .The only thing i felt like it was lacking were bath towels there was not enough for sleeping 10 people. I had to go out and buy a few bath towels and we were always washing them . Also could have use some new pots and pans.I will definitely book this condo again next time we decide to do a beach trip and I would recommend to someone else too . We had 3 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and the rest teenager's.

One of the Best Beach Trips Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was top notch! Colony Reef is my new favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! We felt very safe and secure. My daughter and I took my grandsons and two of their friends. We liked the fact that there were security officers on the grounds. The grandsons and their friends were ages 11, two age 12 and one age 14. They loved it. The balcony had an awesome view. You could see the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. The boys enjoyed playing kick ball, football and some other games in the grassy area in the center area. Everything is kept very clean and is very wonderful place for families. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hope we can go back this summer!

Heating element must be shot because clothes would not get somewhat dry unless it was run for over an hour. Tried all settings.

Golf and Fishing Getaway

Hosts were responsive and helpful! Though there was sleeping arrangements for 10 adults, the living area was small. The condo was clean and mostly in good repair although furniture was old and uncomfortable and tv was hard to operate. The indoor pool and hot tub were added perks! Assigned parking spots were seldom available.
