We love the unit and Island South, however the outdoor ceiling fan needs to be functional, it was broken and lying on the deck.

Check in was easy. Property was in a great location. It could use some updates but overall clean and comfortable. Nice views of the pool and the beach. The pool was clean with lots of chaos and umbrellas.

Wonderful location!!

Absolutely wonderful location -- short boardwalk directly on to the beach; close to many restaurants in walking distance as wellQuiet, friendly neighborhood The condo itself was spacious with great accommodations, but could use some upgrades in the kitchen and bathroomsWonderful communication with rental agency -- Sunshine Realty Rentals -- several emails and texts unprompted, even allowed early check-in at 10am when normal check-in is 3pm! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Perfect location for a quiet peaceful beach getaway. The balcony view was a perfect spot for my morning coffee and breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Wow what a view

I don’t usually plan a vacation this close to Christmas. I wanted to be on the beach. There is just something about waking up to ocean in the morning. This condo did not disappoint. I had the exact view I wanted and under a thousand dollars. Thank you Jesus. The condo is older but it was very cozy and clean which is very important to me. Sunshine Realty was great with communication. Definitely would stay here again!!

Pleasant condo

This condo was a pleasant stay. It was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. It’s got a good view of the ocean and pool area. The porch was good for sitting and enjoying the ocean breeze. The only thing we didn’t like about the condo was it was a bit outdated with light fixtures, wall color, showers and the bunk bed was so noisy and squeaked a lot. The master bedroom was good and the bed was comfortable. We also wish the bedrooms had clocks. We had to use our phones to see the time. Overall, it was a fun place to stay!

Amazing location

We were very happy with this condo! The view was spectacular and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There was an issue with the screen door missing in the master bedroom and we did speak with Sunshine realty and they ordered a brand new one and installed it in 2 days! Very nice but does need some updating. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach in St Augustine.

This property was very nice. I would say that the only downfall were some updates but that didn't bother me at all. The pool was excellent and access to beach was great. Lots to walk to and a short drive to downtown.

Great Vacation

This place is amazing. Tons of space, big kitchen, and great view from the balcony. My wife and I really enjoyed eating breakfast together on the balcony. Located close to all the attractions, bur far enough away to be away from crowds. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen. Our condo was right outside pool and walkway to the beach. Just what our family was looking for! Highly recommend this property!

Suggestions

Dated 1980s decor. Please fix the sliding glass door from the living room to the balcony. Very hard to slide. Couldn’t get TV in LR to work. TV in MBR - picture quality is bad. TV and Cable remotes should be better identified to a particular room.

The pool area and grounds were very well kept. Could use a few updates inside but very clean and definitely not a deal breaker. My wife and I would definitely go back again.

Great stay for a family

We recently stayed for a week in this unit. It was a little older but very clean and the location was great. The sliding door to the balcony was a little difficult to open but that happens with the salty air over time. The more we opened it the easier it seemed. Great location, great view from the balcony and perfect for our family of four though I can see where it would fit a family of six too if needed. The pool was also a great place to hang out when the ocean got to be too cold for my kids. It was very clean and well kept. Well within walking distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, etc

Great location with an ocean view

Great location! The best feature of the cond is the beautiful ocean view and being close enough to hear the waves! The beach is just a short walk from the condo with a private beach access which we found to be very handy. The pool area is well maintained and has plenty chairs and tables. Just outside the pool area, there are community grills and a bathroom facility. Another great feature of the condo is that it is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The condo was VERY clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well furnished. The living room couches are very comfy and the big ottoman made a nice footrest. Each condo unit has a reserved parking space so we never had to look for a place to park. Communication with the rental company was excellent and the check-in process was super easy. The condo is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. The beds were just ok. The bedding itself was great but the mattresses are in need of being replaced. I wish the rental company would be a little more generous with the supplies they provide. The two rolls of toilet paper provided were like sandpaper and we did not have handsoap in the bathrooms until we were able to get to the store. The condo is in need of a good purging as there are lots of broken items and misc cords n the closets and dresser drawers. All this condo needs is a little TLC, but overall it's a GREAT place to stay. If I return to St. Augustine, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We had a great time staying here at St Augustine Beach. We needed a place to stay while visiting family, and the location could not be better for us. It’s an easy walk onto the beach as well as to various restaurants and shops along A1A. Parking was convenient. The property was clean and quiet, and sleeping was very comfortable. Would stay here again if available next time we are in town.

Good Times - Would do it again ... but could use some updating!

Location was great! Would stay again, but the place could use some updating. Sliding door from the living room was very hard to open. This happens with any place that is close to the ocean over time. This place is a little older, and it could use some maintenance updates. It definitely required extra strength to get the slider open! The front screen door wouldn't close properly. We weren't able to leave the door open with only the screen door due to this. The dinning room chairs left quite bit to be desired. The chairs were too high for the table and not very comfortable. There were other minor things that needed attention. Location is great; views from the balcony are nice! The beach is awesome! There were good places to eat! Ask me if I would stay here again, my answer is yes!
