* **Bed & Bath:** Two spacious bedrooms, each with a plush king-size bed. Two full bathrooms with updated finishes.
* **Living & Dining:** An open-concept living and dining area with direct ocean views, new vintage-inspired furniture, and a dedicated workspace for remote needs.
* **Kitchen:** A fully stocked, retro-style kitchen with all the essentials, including a blender, cookware, and a custom coffee & tea bar featuring a Keurig machine.
* **Convenience:** An in-unit washer and dryer makes beach-day cleanup a breeze.
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. Your vacation begins with seamless self check-in using a secure keypad.

We chose Colony Beach Club in New Smyrna Beach because it perfectly blends relaxation and charm. It’s quiet and friendly, with easy access to the beach, local shops, and great dining. Mornings here often start with a walk by the ocean or coffee on the balcony with a view. We love how peaceful it feels, while still being just minutes from everything NSB has to offer. It's truly the best of both worlds.
