Condominio de 5 baños consta de un diseño de 2 pisos con techos altos. Es la mejor ubicación en el complejo, situado en el 3er piso (2 vuelos desde el nivel de entrada), que ofrece vistas del amanecer como ningún otro. Este edificio también disfruta de abundante brisa fresca y está lejos del ruido de la piscina. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto, con muebles de sala nuevos, pisos recién instalados en el piso de arriba y encimeras de granito en la cocina. The property was as advertised, no surprises. Beautiful view of the ocean, kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the AC units were nice to have for the bedrooms. Nice location and a short drive to restaurants and beaches.

It was a very nice place to stay, great location, and was very comfortable. This condo location was super accessible to all parts of the island! Easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, drug store, and beautiful sight of the sunset! We will be back!

Condo was ideal for two couples, just as advertised. Loved the balcony view best of all, great place to start the morning with coffee and happy hour as well. Communication with the host was excellent, check in easy and good instructions for check out. I highly recommend this unit, we look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. View was amazing! It had everything we need. Very thankful for the air conditioning in the bedroom. Only 2 sort of negatives-1. The path to the closest beach, Shipwreck beach, was longer than expected along the rocky shoreline. 2. The door lock might need to be replaced soon. Sometimes it was hard to get open. Overall, still 5 stars for the price and view!

Nice condo on the cliff in Poipu. Great location for a morning walk along the cliff out to Shipwreck beach. Easy walk to Poipu beach for snorkeling. Short drive to grocery store in Ko’ola for fresh poke’ every night. The air conditioning was invaluable especially as we had not one, but 2 Kona storms during our stay and the humidity outside was crazy until the Tradewinds returned! 3 full sized boogie boards, 1 toddler sized. Plenty of beach towels, nice chairs with backpack straps.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect—right between two amazing beaches that are both walking distance. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at sunrise. Waking up to that view never got old.The house was comfortable and well set up, and we loved having AC units in the upstairs bedrooms. It had everything we needed, including beach equipment, which was a huge bonus and saved us from having to rent our own. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room and condo were in a GREAT location on Poipu Beach. Close to everything, walking distance to Shipwreck Beach and the rocks, which was awesome. Overall, the condo was what we were expecting, but we did encounter a few issues. The description failed to mention that the only AC was two mobile window units in the bedrooms upstairs, which meant no AC downstairs. It was not a problem for us as you can open the lanai door and the entry door and the breeze works great downstairs. The main issue we had was the appliances. The refrigerator leaked while we were there and had trouble cooling our food, but it’s an easy fix for the next guest. The condo grounds were fantastic, great spot to watch the sunset, great pool and hot tub for after the long days hiking or at the beach. We would book this condo again if we came back to Kauai for sure.

Great location

Great location and easy quick drive to restaurants and shops. Walked to poipu beach a couple times and enjoyed the trail to shipwreck beach. Place is great. AC was great to have at night in the bedrooms.
