6 adults will find very comfortable space in 3 cozy bedrooms. 1 - 2 children up to a maximum of 10 years each can also climb the stairs in the master bedroom to stay upstairs on the duplex level (mezzanine) (futon mattress with 110 cm width).
The space
In a central location of the old town (50 meters from Cours Saleya, 30 minutes from the airport) is located on the 3rd floor of our modernized and designer furnished old building apartment (room height 3.5 meters, large windows, very bright, oak floor throughout the apartment), about 100 meters from the sea and only a few steps away from the beautiful restaurants, cozy bars, delicious bakeries, and the lovely patisseries.

The 3 bedrooms have double windows (rare for the old town). We make our beds for you with high-quality hotel linen and offer comfortable pillows for every need (hard/soft/ergonomic).
The master bedroom even has a small work corner (home office, lightning-fast Internet [800 MBits] throughout the apartment) as well as a bright bathroom with shower and toilet "en suite." Up to 2 children up to 10 years old can sleep upstairs on the mezzanine level in the "Eagle's Nest" via a sturdy staircase.

The modern kitchen is open in a room with the dining table and the sofa corner. Rarely for the old town, you can even look into the blue sky of the Côte d'Azur from here! The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, smoothie maker, Nespresso machine) so you can cook independently. The large oak table can accommodate 6 adults and up to 2 children. The Thonet chairs are very comfortable!

With the fast Wi-Fi (800 Mbits), you can watch TV streaming services (Google TV is installed) or make yourself comfortable on the cozy Living Divani sofas.

Using the control, you can individually enter your desired temperature in all bedrooms and also individually in the living room, which is maintained throughout the apartment even in the middle of summer thanks to powerful air conditioning.

In an extra room you will find the washing machine (so you don't have to look at a large porthole in the kitchen!), the dryer, an ironing board and many other appliances that allow you to feel at home.

Thanks to 2 modern shower rooms and 2 toilets, there is no crowding even when fully occupied. Each bathroom has large windows. There is nothing like fresh air after a shower!

As a special highlight, we provide soft and cozy bathrobes for all guests, as long as the booking is longer than 7 days (for shorter bookings, the bathrobes can be booked for a fee). Our guests in bathrobes are already recognized in the old town when they make their way to the beach in flip flops, swim there in the beautiful blue of the Côte d'Azur, and then make their way back to the apartment wrapped in their bathrobes.

Other things to note
Noises from outside:
In the old town of Nice, life is full and colorful. You're right in the middle of it. The well-insulated windows shield a large part of the noise from the outside, but it may be that noise sources from the outside are still perceptible. People with a light sleep should therefore use earplugs or the like, as it can get louder, especially on weekends or before holidays.

Mobility:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the house. There are 56 steps in total. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility,
