Esta hermosa casa premium de 4 dormitorios + loft, 3. 5 baños es una escapada perfecta a la montaña para familias o grupos de hasta 11. Con múltiples salas de estar, una sala de cine y una hermosa cocina, esta casa tiene todo lo que buscas en un alquiler de vacaciones en la montaña. A solo 5 minutos en coche del centro de Breckenridge y de la estación de esquí de Breckenridge, estás cerca de todo mientras estás lo suficientemente lejos de la ciudad para escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio. Te encantará la bañera de hidromasaje privada, la gran terraza con vistas a la montaña y el garaje para dos autos.

En el interior, hay una enorme chimenea de roca de río de dos pisos rodeada de cómodos asientos de cuero. También hay una sala de televisión y una sala de teatro. ¡La construcción estilo cabina te hace sentir como si estuvieras en una cabaña en el bosque! Afuera, hay una gran terraza para disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña.

La cocina es espaciosa y cuenta con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. They shoveled which was great. Tons of space. The bathroom situation was a little tricky bc they were attached to the bedrooms and not everyone had their own, but not a big deal

Great location and rental

I booked this place for a long weekend with my cousin, brother and a few friends and the spot worked out perfectly. Tons of beds/sleeping areas and we enjoyed that there were multiple living rooms if people wanted to split off and play different games. The location was also extremely convenient for skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone. I’d highly recommend this place!

Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house! Total of 9 people and we had extra beds and quiet places to relax. Enjoyed the views from the back deck as well as the front porch. All the amenities are as described. The host communicated very well and we received our entry codes and directions when the house was ready for us. We would stay at this house again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property has it all! We had a family of 10, mostly adults and one infant. The layout of the house was perfect as we could stay up late playing cards and not wake up others. Everyone had their own space and it worked out great. The hot tub was a bonus, and my adult kids were in it every night. The house is in the perfect location, which is right between Breckenridge and Frisco. We will for sure stay here again!

Nice place, but simple fixes could make it amazing!

Overall the property was great. There were many simple fixes they could have made to the property to make it a 5-star stay - fix door knobs and basement shower didn’t work. The major miss for our group was that the heat was a known issue and they did nothing to make it more comfortable. Even with the heat set at 60 degrees, the house was a minimum 85 degrees. This made it very uncomfortable for all of us staying.

Great but

I was there for my 40th birthday, on the pictures of the property it seemed a little more remote than it actually was. We were probably a little louder at times then necessary but on Sunday a man who said he was with mgmt company walked in without knocking or permission. It was very violating. He asked repeatedly if police had been called for noise and we repeatedly told him no. Regardless he should not have not just walked into a home.

Awesome house for a group!

This place is beautiful and great for a large group of people. We had a big ski group and there was plenty of room to place our gear. It was very nice that we had access to the garage spaces as well, huge plus. The place was clean and had most everything you needed to just come in and get the trip started. The only items that this place did not come with was coffee, scrub brushes to clean dishes, condiments in the fridge (this one is a give or take for a need) but just some items that we were lacking when cooking. There are places in the showers for shampoo and conditioner but all items were empty so I recommend to bring you own items for the stay. I would definitely stay here again and would hope that a summer stay would have chairs on the deck of the house. Overall, we had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for multi families/ friend groups to hang out and sleep. The hot tub was clean and there are plenty of towels provided. Great experience!

A bit quirky but a fabulous stay

We loved staying at the Bear Creek Mining Lodge! Communication with the property manager was easy. The only thing that was a very minor inconvenience was that we didn't receive the check-in information as early on check-in day as I would have liked. Fortunately, all I had to do was text to ask and I received a quick response. The house is beautiful with lots of space for our family of 6 adults to be together or spread out for private time. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The hot tub was fantastic. The location is spectacular! The only quirky thing to be aware of is the bathroom situation. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms. The 1/2 bath on the main floor does not have a lock on the door. The bathroom downstairs has 2 entries, one of them is only a curtain. One of the two upstairs bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom, located directly off the kitchen on the main floor, also has an en-suite bathroom. However, it does not have a door or even a curtain. Thankfully, the toilet is in its own compartment with a door, but using the bathtub or shower means needing to lock the bedroom door. While we were there, the shower only sprayed ice-cold water. To be fair we did not call for maintenance but were fine with using the tub instead. Be aware that the small hot water heater limits the number of people who can shower/bathe with warm water. If they had a tankless hot water and doors on bathrooms where normally expected, the house would be perfection!!

The house was laid out in a way that gave kids their own space to hang out and play, adults to converse and chill, and all rooms were comfortable and well set up. The location was close enough to all the popular areas of the summit without being in the busier thick of things. We visited the Breckenridge resort, Keystone resort and Copper Mountain as well as took sled rides in Frisco, a train ride in Georgetown, and enjoyed shopping in the local towns. The property management company was responsive as we planned our stay and through our time at the house as needed.

Highly recommend!

House was in a great location for families and had ALL the amenities. Close to everything you need, grocery, gas, lifts, etc. Multiple humidifiers we're nice to have, extra fridge in garage was convenient as well. Sleds we're available for kids to use. Lots of room in the house which was nice to give everyone their own space. Hot tub a definite plus! We would stay again for sure!

Lol 😂) we had to call maintenance about wood for the fireplace and the breaker for the hot tub was off. But absolutely an amazing time! Huge house! Plenty of room. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We loved EJ ❤️Definitely would stay again!

Amazing cabin!

Super close to all the small fun towns, like Breckenridge and Frisco, great places around to hike, the house was big and had great accommodations for all my family, kids enjoyed and we will definitely plan another trip

Easy access

Has easy access. Had several problems with this property. Being very under stocked with basics like measuring cups plastic drinking cups. For they have glass cups that are not kid friendly. Lick of basics like salt and pepper. By far the most undestocked kitchen I've stayed at. The basement has seating that doesn't work which defeats having movie seating. The house alarm went off at 2am and there was no instructions on what to do. When we called the number on the alarm they wanted to know how we even got the number. There was no wood for fires. The water did not work properly the last day. The stay was just ok atthe bottom of my list of places I will stay again. Views are minimal lots of traffic!

Great place to stay for a golf trip

This home is managed by a very detailed and responsive property management team. This does mean you will interface with them for payments and instructions. This isn’t an individual owner situation. The house was clean and the pictures were all accurate. The location was great as it is just a few minutes from Breckenridge golf course. There were some plug issues and that was just a simple GFI situation that PM company promptly addressed, but the TV room downstairs never worked while we were there. The hot tub was a great way to relax after golf. The mattresses were not very comfortable but that is just my opinion. I prefer the newer foam mattresses to older spring units. The house was a little dated but a true value compared to other units with similar number of bedrooms and baths. I would definitely recommend it and appreciate the care taken for us to have a good experience.
