This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable. While these situations are outside of our control, our team reports outages as soon as we are made aware and stays in communication with the appropriate utility providers. Local utility crews are typically very responsive in this area and work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of mountain utility service, discounts or refunds are not offered for outages lasting less than 6 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as part of the mountain experience.
