Nestled in Milwaukee, this delightful upper unit duplex offers 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds (trundle). Enter through a private entrance located on the side of the building using keyless entry. We welcome you to make yourself at home and enjoy all the unit has to offer. There is a large balcony on the front of the property to enjoy warm sunny days.
Please note guests will have to walk up 16 steps to reach the upper unit.
One off street parking spot is available, and labeled by the number 2 (right side). Additional street parking is readily available.
Laundry is located in the unfinished basement. While the laundry area has new washer/dryer, and complimentary supplies, please remember it's an unfinished basement from the 1920s era. Please use the machines labeled Unit B.
The 2nd floor rear balcony is strictly off limits. Similarly, the backyard patio on the ground level is reserved for guests staying on the lower unit.
