3 Story Nulu Home with Epic Patio and Hot Tub
Welcome to the Tall Tailor, our three story Nulu home with stunning views of the city and an unbeatable location. This home is tailored with brand new renovations, including a covered back patio with a large hot tub, outdoor tv, fire pit, and comfortable seating for your entire group. We also have games for the kiddos, including life size connect 4 and jenga. Want to dine outside? No problem! We have a grill and outdoor table ready to go.
On the inside, you will find that our home is decked out with 4 smart TVs, a card table, bumper pool, and an Eagle’s nest bedroom that overlooks beautiful downtown Louisville. We have four spacious bedrooms in our home (2 king beds, 2 queens), as well as a Queen size sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. There are two full size bathrooms and one half bath downstairs. We are equipped with coffee to start your day (both drip and Keurig) and a dining room bar station to end on. This house has two beautiful staircases, and exposed brick accents throughout.
Inspired by Derby fashion throughout the years, the Tall Tailor is covered in southern patterns and horse racing accessories to make our guests feel as if they are stepping into Churchill Downs every single stay.
We are only a five minute walk from Lynn Family Stadium, as well as countless breweries and waterfront park. There are several Nulu restaurants within a stone’s throw, and shopping all around. You won’t find a more convenient location for your next Louisville stay.
Need a place to stay for Thunder over Louisville or the Fourth of July? We have beautiful 360 degree views of the waterfront in our third floor bedroom!
We are located only minutes up the interstate from Churchill Downs. If you are visiting for a bourbon tour, we are walking distance to several distilleries and only a short Uber to many other urban bourbon sites. If your bourbon tour takes you outside the city to some of the larger distilleries, our house is conveniently located to all three major interstates in the Louisville area.
