Gran casa familiar en un gran barrio familiar. Fabulosa y limpia casa de playa a pocos pasos de la playa! Un corto paseo hasta el Muelle / Palacio Playland / mini golf / restaurantes y tiendas en una dirección y el tranquilo Ocean Park en la otra. Acceso a la playa directamente a través de la calle (75 m). Hermosa casa (recientemente renovada) en una calle tranquila con vistas al océano desde el porche y el balcón del segundo piso, donde puede sentarse y relajarse bajo el sol o la sombra con un gran libro. Los cuatro dormitorios y el sofá desplegable pueden alojar hasta 14 personas. Dos baños completos. Nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Una cocina completa con mesa de comedor para 8 y barra para 4. Toallas y ropa de cama se proporcionan junto con algunas sillas de playa y juguetes de playa. Televisor de 55 pulgadas con cable en la sala de estar y WiFi. La casa también cuenta con una lavadora / secadora para su uso. Aire acondicionado en comedor / sala de estar y algunos dormitorios. Estacionamiento para 4 vehículos máximo.

The home is beautiful and in a great location. Steps from the beach, walk to center. Golf was a 8 min away. Nice to ride the bikes around the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much.

Jenny’s house was great! The house is very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The beds are comfortable and there is an air conditioner in each room. The house is very close to the beach just a short walk straight ahead. We loved the outside porch and it had a lot of seating. The neighborhood is quiet, yet the downtown, bars/restaurants and shopping are just a couple of minutes down the road. I would definitely recommend this property for any friend group or family!

Beautiful Beach Property

We loved the place! Perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, clean and well maintained. And only a few minutes walk to the beach. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Amazing Long Weekend in OOB

We spent four nights in this house - it was a group of three grown siblings and our spouses, two of our kids, and our parents who were celebrating their 50th. This was the perfect venue. The house was gorgeous and immaculate, and there was plenty of room. The hosts thought of everything, and even came by to replace a shower head within hours of communication. The location was fantastic - steps to the beach, and a walk to Palace Playland and attractions. I'd highly recommend this property! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful family vacation.

Old Orchard Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house is very comfortable, very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and more. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. The only suggestion we have for the owner is to add a non slip pad in the bathtubs since they are slippery. My mother slipped and fell. We went to Walmart and bought a rubber pad to prevent another accident. The house is very well located one block from the beach. It is located in a very nice area. Overall we had a great time!

Great house and location

I cannot even imagine how great this house would be on a sunny, beautiful weekend. The owners were gracious enough to let us in a few hours early on check in day so we could unpack without rain and we caught the last of the sunshine and were able to go to the beach for a few hours before the rain set in for the rest of our time there. We had a great time regardless of the weather. The house is big enough so the 7 of us had room to relax without being too closed in. Everything is very clean and relatively new and worked well. We enjoyed a few brief bike rides between the rain drops that were fun. We had a great night at the Brunswick Bar seeing the band Diesel. Great fun for all our 20 something kids and us old folks. We weren’t able to use the yard but there’s a nice swing on the property and plenty of room for yard games. I’d definitely recommend this rental property.

Perfect location for our summer vacation

This property is gorgeous. It’s super clean, spacious and very well stocked. It’s so close to the beach and even though our week didn’t start with the best weather no one was on top of each other, there was a closet full of games and the front porch was the best!!!

Jenny is a super host!

Our annual girls trip landed us at this beautiful location. The pictures of the house online do not do it justice. It is more beautiful in person. The beach is closer than you think. It’s a stones throw! We enjoyed using the bikes to explore around town. For all your cooking needs, the house has it all. Coffee on the deck in the morning was my favorite. Jenny was absolutely wonderful to work with. She even gave us some dining suggestions. We will revisit this house again soon. Thank you, Jenny for a memorable weekend.

Holland 50th Anniversary

The house & property were fabulous! I was not wild about the last minute $500.00 security deposit and I would have preferred more detail of check in information. All my life I have preferred to plan ahead, can't change that now. The bikes were an added nicity, the 4 grand children took full advantage of them,thks Jenny.

perfect house in a perfect location

This house is turnkey condition, spacious, and the decorating was adorable. We just got back from a girls weekend, there were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us and more if we wanted. Te place was spotless before when we got there and it had everything we needed and plenty of it, from dishes, glasses, to towels to bedding. The outside space is amazing with 2 wonderful decks. Water views, and a very short walk to beach. Walking down town is not very far either. We would rent this place again in a heart beat!

Great house, great location!

House was clean and well stocked. Great location...short walk to the beach. Close to downtown area but far enough away where it was peaceful. Gas grill was nice feature. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful Property and Super Location

Really enjoyed our family vacation (6 adults/5 children - ages 5, 9, 10 & 11). It was the perfect spot to fully enjoy a beautiful ocean beach! The house was perfect for us - very clean and comfortable with decor influenced by the seashore location. The kitchen is well stocked with ample dishes, utensils, cooking pans, etc. Anything that is needed for cooking a "perfect lobster dinner" was included. Weatherwise being a beautiful August week, the front porch with plentiful furniture was ideal for evening and even into late night time together. The house is on a very quiet street so easy to bike ride or walk to Ocean Park in one direction or restaurants and amusement park in the other. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!

This house is a MUST see!! Beach so close!

My family and I loved this house. Morning coffee on the covered porch, dinners off the grill on the outdoor table, evening wine from the upper deck overlooking the water! House has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Games for kids, bikes, all the comforts of home. Jenny was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Beautiful, updated, so close to the beach, quiet family neighborhood

Such a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. 3 minute walk to beach, 2 if you don’t have kids with you. It was so well equipped. We had a family of 5 kids and 8 adults and we had plenty of room. It was a great vacation, and we will be returning next year!

Very clean, lots of space, and everything you could Need!

Whether it was grill utensils or beach games, the house had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy or vaca. The beach is a stones throw and my family Including my 5 and 4 year old nephews walked down to pier and miniature golf. We highly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year!
