We brought our children and grandbabies to OOB and stayed in this house for 5 nights. The exterior needs some help (new paint) but the interior was beautiful and immaculate. It boasts a very nice living and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals with the family. It is very close to all the amenities of town. We had a wonderful vacation! Andrew was a very accommodating host. Highly recommend this property.

Location was great. Outside house constitutions not so good. Paint peeling from everywhere on railings which is a splinter hazard. Inside was comfortable but only one tv in the living room.

A fantastic house with all the amenities and very comfortable beds. Andrew is a wonderful host and the check-in & check-out process was smooth and easy. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in the area!

Nice house close to the action at OOB, but not in the middle of the noise and chaos. It has a view of the ocean from the second floor. There's a great lobster shack diagonally across the street that will boil them for you. I usually stay in Biddeford Pool, and like the quieter beach there, but Old Orchard Beach is better located for trips into Portland and other towns in Maine. Beds were comfortable. I was glad the house had air conditioning units, as it got into the upper 90s a few days in late July. Andrew was a very good host, but I wasn't sure if there were check out instructions, other than taking the trash to the curbs.

My family and I loved this house. It was perfectly clean and well maintained. A nice short and easy walk to the beach and shops. If we were to ever go up again, I would definitely book this place again.

Maine vaca

Our first property had an unexpected need to cancel- putting us in a bind. That is when we found this listing- a few miles south of our intended area. This was a wonderful accident and nice surprise as we had a great time and this was a perfect location. The owner is very nice and attentive- great ideas on where to go for dinner etc. the house looks a little rough and needs a coat of exterior paint but the interior is so clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this property and give Andrew a huge thank you!

Home Away From Home

A team of our top notch, professional tradesmen from S&S had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for 2.5 weeks while working in Scarborough on a commercial remodel for one of our customers. It offered them a wonderful place to come "home" to after long days on the job. This house offered all the amenities, plenty of space to unwind, relax and get a good night sleep. They enjoyed being walking distances from everything and visiting the local sights on the weekend. Andrew was such a wonderful host! So pleasant & kind and such an excellent communicator. If we are back to the area again, we will definitely stay at this lovely gem for our "home away from home"!

Loved My Stay in Old Orchard Beach!!

This was my first experience renting a home, and I didn't know what to expect. I have to say it was amazing! In times of COVID-19, I brought my own items to disinfect the house, but the house was immaculate. Additionally, the house has everything available that one would have or need in their own home, including paper products, laundry detergent, and the like! The open layout on the first floor was perfect for family engagement. The kitchen was ideal for cooking meals, with a center island for preparation. The second floor had a full bathroom with 3 bedrooms, plenty of closet space, and an awesome washer & dryer. Each bedroom had access to the outside deck, where you could sit on a lounge chair or one of the two rocking chairs. Those are ideal for morning coffee, an afternoon snack, and some quiet time to observe the nighttime sky. The master bedroom has sliding doors to the deck. Now, this room does not have a door, but it has a sliding divider that offers privacy. There is an unbelievable circular staircase that leads to the loft or the 3rd level. There you will find an enormous bedroom. I can not say enough about this house!!! I now consider it my home away from home and will DEFINITELY be returning. As I mentioned, I have never rented a house before, so I did not know what to expect with the living space, which exceeded my expectations. Still, the other unknown aspect was the owner/property manager. Enchi and his wife are such warm, friendly, and caring people. They made sure everything was perfect and were so attentive to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did I leave Old Orchard Beach with amazing memories, but I also made new friends. Finally, the house is a short walk into the town, pier, shopping, food, arcade, and beach. I would talk a walk every morning for fresh cinnamon buns and bring back breakfast for the family. It was beyond convenient to be so close! It was no big deal to go back and forth throughout the day and night. Walgreens and other market-type places are steps away. I loved my stay in OOB, and I have Enchi to thank for that!!

I would rent this property again should I return to Old Orchard Beach.

The property is in a very good location. Walk to beach and attractions. Exceptionally clean. The owner wants to make your stay comfortable. Park just few steps from entry.
