Hermosa y espaciosa unidad de esquina de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños en Boardwalk en Santa Rosa Sound con playa privada y acceso cercano al Golfo de México.

El condominio ofrece más de 1,400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y proporciona los elementos básicos que necesitará durante su estadía. Dos grandes plataformas de paseo permiten el entretenimiento al aire libre y las vistas del sonido de Santa Rosa y el Golfo de México, así como una agradable área de cubierta en el nivel del suelo (con una parrilla de gas).

Disfrute de las extraordinarias playas de arena blanca en una excelente ubicación para amaneceres, atardeceres, Blue Angels, fuegos artificiales, excelentes senderos para bicicletas / carreras, a menos de una milla de restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento en la playa, a poca distancia del restaurante de Peg Leg Pete y el histórico Ft. Pickens (Costa Nacional de las Islas del Golfo). El complejo también tiene una piscina comunitaria. Wifi está incluido!

Very enjoyable beach trip

Unit has been recently updated/remodeled and is very nice. Definitely a great place to stay where you can enjoy the beach and the bay!

Great Condo in Pensacola Beach

We had a great stay at Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses condo in Pensacola Beach. Condo was very nice and perfectly located between the bay and beach as well as local attractions and restaurants nearby. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Sun soaked

We had a great time and not one drop of rain. Condo is perfectly located. We were able to swim in the sound, gulf and the pool. Perfect for all ages of kids. This is our second stay in boardwalk and we love it. The condo unit is nice and tidy and has the basics for what you need. Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Awesome landlord

We got Covid and couldn’t make the stay the landlord was amazing but even prior to that she was timely and her responses and just overall wonderful to interact with we plan to rebook and come in September when everyone is feeling better we love the location and love Pensacola

Loved our stay

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It was a minute walk to the bay and pool and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. With a view of both from the deck. Inside the property worked wonderful for us we had a small child and 2 couples, each bedroom had it's own bathroom and shower. The property manager was absolutely amazing and was a pleasure to work with. We are already looking to plan our next trip! My only tip would be to make sure everyone in your group can do stairs, the condo is 3 levels.

Our 2nd year here and it was even better!! Christy helped right away with a minor issue & a neighbor loaned me a tool to help me get our van going again. We will be back next year!!

Pensacola Beacch

Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses located on Pensacola Beach is a wonderful experience. When renting this condo you will have complete access to the owners not a 800 number. The beach access is across the street but it is such a short and easy walk. I would recommend having a wagon or cart if you have a family going to the beach. The private beach on the bay was a great alternative with small kids when the surf was to rough.

Pensacola Beach Vacation

Had the best stay yet at Pensacola Beach! Will definitely consider “Boardwalk-Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses” again. Loved our location and property from the moment we arrived. Our family loved having a pool as an addition to the gulf as well. This makes our fourth time to Pensacola Beach. Christy was very easy to work with and promptly responded to our emails before and after our stay. Thank you to Christy & VRBO for a GREAT WEEK at the beach.

The only drawback to the condo was that the master bedroom only has a queen size bed.

A fine place to stay.

Boardwalk location is excellent for Pensacola beach. Bedrooms, beds, baths and living areas all clean and well furnished. Kitchen supplies good. Appliances showing their age.

Great location

Boardwalk condos are perfectly located between the gulf beach and the private sound beach. This condo is perfectly located in boardwalk condos, a short walk to either beach. We had yellow flags all week but got to enjoy the sound side on the extra windy days. The condo has cable tv that we watched every night to chill out and cool off from the beach. Christy is always just a text, email or phone call away for any issues (we didnt have on this stay but she answered a few questions quickly) This is our second year in this condo and we'll be back.

We stayed here for a week with our kids on spring break. We enjoyed the stay. It was close to the wave side (walking distance) and close to the sound side (just around the corner). Made things so much easier with kids. We will definitely be back to stay again. It had enough bathrooms and bed space too. The kitchen was fully equipped for all your cooking needs. I liked having a washer and dryer as well.. The owners are super nice and are available at anytime you need them. She was able to answer any questions I may have had. If your looking for a great place to stay to enjoy the sunshine, this is the place to stay.

Amazing visit!!!!

This was my family’s first condo experience and we LOVED it! It was my family and my sister’s family (4 adults, 5 kids) and it was so spacious! A huge plus for us was the bathrooms. Everyone took showers right after each other and we never lost hot water. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, dishwasher was awesome. It was an awesome stay. It was so comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Uncomfortable and filthy

where do I begin, Ugh. The place seemed cozy for a about 4 hours. Neighbors that live in the complex full time were stalking us from the moment we arrived. I got several emails from owner prior to visit stating the dryer lint trap needs to be cleaned often. I"m 54 year old Advanced Practice Nurse from Chicago and have rented on Pensacola Beach for 43 and also have a home of my own. And yes, I clean my filter. The floors were filthy with crumbs and food, the frig had rotten old condiments in it, and the pots and pans were disgusting with chipped areas. On Thursday the week of our stay 2 small children came to our door and stated they owned the place and reminded us we were renters. It was the worst visit to Pensacola Beach ever.

If the owner cares about first impressions, they should make sure their cleaning company cleans up the patio at the entry. There was trash, cigarette butts, and an excess amount of sand. Floats were everywhere and the BBQ grill was so dirty it couldn't be used. The king bed wasn't comfortable. There was a greasy pan in the kitchen cabinet. A/C wasn't working properly. We've stayed at two other condos at the Boardwalk and they were wonderful. Maybe they should get a better management company.

great location

Perfect location for the beach or the sound; well equipped kitchen and overall clean. Only complaint would be easy fixes such as new towels, sheets and pillows or bring your own. The owner of the unit was very easy to work with and responded super fast on our request for dates to stay that were last minute.

Great property with wonderful location.

This was our fourth time staying at "Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses" . The condo is a good size, and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. We always enjoy our stay here each winter. We are up to 7 weeks (Jan. to Mar.), now. With the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach right across the street, and the Santa Rosa Sound at the back of the property, it doesn't get much better (even in the winter). Close enough to Pensacola Beach to be convenient, but far enough away for privacy and relaxation. The area has lots of great restaurants and activities for all ages. The condo community property has a nice sized pool, if you are there in warm weather, and the condo owner provides all kinds of beach equipment for renters' use. The owners are reputable, very nice, and a joy to deal with.
