Ubicada a pocos pasos de las arenas blancas de la playa de Pensacola, esta casa de campo de tres dormitorios y dos baños en 1207 Ariola Drive tiene una cocina abierta, área de comedor / sala de estar, amplia terraza en la azotea y un amplio patio trasero cercado.

Duerme nueve: el dormitorio 1 tiene una litera doble con litera completa, el dormitorio 2 tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio 3 también tiene una cama queen y tiene acceso al patio y al patio trasero cercado. Un sofá cama se encuentra en la sala de estar para dormir adicional. El baño de la sala tiene una ducha de pie, mientras que el segundo baño también tiene una ducha con banco, y es accesible desde los patios traseros. Al final de un día de sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con televisores de pantalla plana nuevos y más grandes en cada habitación y en la sala de estar. WiFi gratis.

Great relaxing beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at Floridays for an extended break from the cold north. We have 2 older dogs that don't handle stairs well and this property is exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean with comfortable furniture and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen(cooking utensils, plates, glasses) and the beach (umbrellas, beach chairs, table). There are 4 outdoor sitting options (front porch, back deck, deck adjacent to primary bedroom, and upper deck). Just an fyi to others looking at this property, the second bathroom is nice and is actually larger than the one by the bedrooms, but is only accessible from the outside lower decks. Paradise Beach Homes was excellent to deal with and responded to our inquiries very quickly and even ran out a can opener when we noticed the house didn't have one. The path to the beach is direcctly across the street and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach! The only recommendations to further improve this property would be a coffee table on the lower deck by the sectional sofa for coffee and drinks, and improved clothes storage (e.g. hooks, larger cabinet in closet) in the primary bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Rental office people were very nice. But, easier to have door lock code rather than pick up keys. Going outside to get to 2nd bathroom was a little inconvenient, but overall house was great.

Adorable cottage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very clean upon arrival. They have just about everything that you need, just bring your clothes!! The property is well maintained and well appointed. The beach was across the street. The outside fan broke the first day and the owners came immediately and put up a new one. I can’t speak high enough about this home!!
