Welcome to your charming Florence retreat! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the desirable Seven Points neighborhood offers comfort and convenience. You'll love being able to walk to the University of North Alabama (UNA), along with an array of restaurants, a grocery store, antique shops, a hair salon, and a barber.
This classic red brick house with a distinctive green roof boasts a large front porch perfect for relaxing and a spacious back patio ideal for entertaining. Situated on a corner lot, there's plenty of open space.
Inside, the primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Need to get some work done? A large work desk with a rolling chair and a touch work light with a USB outlet sits conveniently beneath the TV. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two comfortable twin beds, an Astroids arcade game, toys, and books.
The hallway provides a practical laundry room with a small folding counter, and the hall bathroom includes a tub and shower combo. We've taken care of the essentials: towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and lotion are all provided.
Step into the inviting living room, furnished with a cozy couch and recliner, and enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV (found in all rooms!). While the fireplace is decorative, it adds a touch of charm. The dining room offers counter-height seating for four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized stainless steel appliances and a small table with two chairs. The large pantry features motion sensor lights and ample space for groceries and cleaning supplies.
Outside, the expansive back patio is ready for your barbecue gatherings, and the unfenced yard provides plenty of open space for kids to play.

Channing and Rhiannon, long-time residents of Florence, Alabama, bring a wealth of local knowledge and hospitality expertise to the vacation rental business. Channing, a licensed broker, is a proud Bradshaw High School alumnus who grew up in Florence. Rhiannon, originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, cultivated her passion for hosting while working in hotels during and after her time at Northern Arizona University. She deeply appreciates the opportunity to welcome guests to Florence. After Channing's military career, they chose to return to Florence to raise their two children, now happily calling it home.

Guess what?! Our old three-bed, one-bath rental property got a major glow-up! After some bad luck with long-term renters, we decided to transform it into a gorgeous two-bed, two-bath vacation rental. We're so excited because we absolutely love this location and how convenient it is to everything at Seven Points. Plus, since we live close by, we'll get to enjoy our very first local vacation rental property – wish us luck!
