French doors open off the living area to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. This is the perfect spot to take in the coastal breeze and unwind. The kitchen has abundant cabinet space and is fully equipped with cookware and serve ware making meal prep a breeze. A raised kitchen counter bar has seating for four and an adjacent dining table seats six. The building elevator assists with transporting groceries, luggage or golf bags to the second level. The refreshing indoor/outdoor pools invite you to take a dip, read a book or simply sunbathe. The indoor pool area has a hot tub and exercise room.

A third bedroom has 2 twin beds, shared hall bath and a smart television for streaming. The condo has a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Sunset Beach is only 3 miles away and is well-known for wide open beach with soft sand and the Kindred Spirits Mailbox on Bird Island. Take a short walk from the west end of the island to the Kindred Spirits Mailbox and share your thoughts in the mailbox journal. Breathtaking sunsets and undeveloped open beach make for a memorable walk on the island's west end!
