Esta casa de 4 dormitorios: Dormitorio 1-King, Dormitorio 2-1 Queen, Dormitorio 3 y 4 cada uno tiene una cama completa y una individual, así como 2 baños completos y una ducha al aire libre. Patio completamente cercado, perfecto para niños y mascotas. El porche delantero está protegido y tiene mesas y sillas para que pueda disfrutar del tiempo al aire libre. La casa cuenta con parrilla, lavadora / secadora, cocina totalmente equipada y juguetes de playa, sillas y tablas de surf. Hay ventiladores de techo y televisores en la sala de estar y 3 dormitorios. ¡Disfruta de una cena o un cóctel en la terraza de la azotea y contempla espectaculares puestas de sol! Se suministran sábanas para que no tenga que empacar sábanas y toallas. También somos dueños de la casa Sunset Hideaway de al lado. Compruébelo en la propiedad vrbo no. 487493. Ideal para grandes reuniones familiares o reuniones. El alquiler de verano es de sábado a sábado. Great location

Overall the property is very nice, short walk down to the water awesome space outdoors to sit and relax after a day on the beach nice fenced yards for our furry four legged family members. Owners were super responsive when we had any questions or concerns will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Great place to stay if you want a pet friendly house with a fenced in yard and only a few minute's walk to the beach. The problem for us and it was a big one was the cleanliness of the house. The bathrooms were very dirty, so much so that we did not take showers there. I notified Renee, the owner, and she was very upset about the issue. A refund of the cleaning charge was given immediately. The house has a lot of interior cosmetic issues but is in a great location and again for us the fenced property for our dog makes it a good choice. Hopefully a new cleaning service will be hired, and the cosmetic issues will be addressed. I would still recommend staying here if the cleaning issue was resolved.

One of my most favorite Sunset Beach Houses!

I have stayed at this one many times, and also her other property next-door, and she is one of the nicest hosts. I love this house for being friendly to dogs, and my family has come here with me before too. We all enjoy the upstairs rooftop deck.. it’s close enough to walk to the Bird Island mailbox/ jetty as well.

Perfect place families with pets and small children.

This house was perfect. The dogs and our toddler could play outside and we didn't have to worry about them leaving the yard. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is a very nice lady.

Rose Garden Stay

We loved the house and the location to the beach! Just perfect. House was very clean. We brought our own linens.The only negative would be the beds. The one double is in need of replacement. We had to switch beds as my wife and I kept poling to the middle! Irregardless, we'd go back here in a heatbeat. Loved the house, the area and the beach.

Perfect Spring Break Retreat!

Our first time at Sunset Beach but it won't be out last! We took the kids and grandparents for a family spring break retreat. The house is no frills but very comfortable with all the necessities. We loved the front porch and the widow's walk. Five stars!

Our family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach since 1977. My daughters and I bought this house in 1998. Sunset Beach is our favorite beach of all the beaches we have visited and is on list as best beach anywhere. We are from Virginia but Sunset Beach is our home away from home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our house is located down toward the end of the island away from the traffic at the pier and Sunset Blvd. It's a quieter area and is safer for kids and pets. The beach is a short walk and is also less crowded than other parts of Sunset Beach. Our house is very affordable and is large enough for 2 families.


Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Pet friendly. Having dogs ourselves we understand how nice it is to be able to bring your fur babies and not have to leave them home or kennel them. One of the only houses on the island with a fenced yard making it great for children and pets. If you have time and like a good walk check out the Kindred Spirit Mail Box near the jetties. If you like to gamble check out the Big M casino boat that leaves from nearby Little River, SC.
