Great place to stay - great vacation

Our family had a great vacation here. One of our best of a lot of vacations we have been on. Condo is very clean and nice. It's in a great location. Owner is very easy to contact and very nice. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay here again!!!

Highly Recommend

Loved the condo, had everything we needed. Not overly crowed, never had to wait on an elevator. Pools were nice. Owner was very helpful. Had all the information we needed prior to arrival and even received a call from the owner checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Prettiest water and white sand ever!! We even wanted to book another night.

Our condo was in the perfect location. It was clean.. but the whole facility is very clean and tidy. Owner was very responsive to questions. Employees were always nice and friendly. Weather was PERFECT. The water was turquoise blue!! We loved it!!

Amazing views!

This condo was exactly as described. It was roomy, comfortable and well stocked. It had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was convenient to many restaurants and a Wal-Mart, plus walking distance to local beach shops. The floors were a little dirty, but I am sure the cleaning people were working quickly to turn it around for the next renters. Overall a fabulous place to stay! Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and a spacious bathroom with a nice layout!! Loved it. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Not clean

Property want cleaned and the comforter was threw back on the bed. Also, it smelled like smoke and we contacted to owner and he suggested we just find another place as if his cleaner wouldn't do any of the above. We have pictures and it was very outdated with appliances rusted.

Exactly as promised.

Great view of the beach. Construction on property was no problem, especially since we were warned in advanced and it didn’t hinder access to anything. The room was great. Pictures showed were exactly what the owner promised and we were happy with our stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

A beautiful View

We loved the view each morning and it was very clean. My wife and I saw some dolphins swimming early in the morning. There were a few blinds missing and the TV wasn’t in full screen, but other than that it was a perfect vacation. The owner told me he was getting a bigger TV after we left. We used the pool some, but it’s not all that big. I recommend this condo for couples, it’s perfect.

Perfect location!

Great place to stay. Tub dripped incessantly and a pest treatment was scheduled during our stay. Other than that it was wonderful.

Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful Condo.

Condo was situated in the center of the complex which gave the best balcony views. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Three pools and we choose the smaller one on the east side. Usually only a few people using it and sometimes we were the only ones. Owner was super easy to work with and provided all info on everything we would need. Also 24 hour security which we saw often making the rounds in the parking lot and common areas. Walk to Pineapple Willy's next door and a short (less than a mile) drive to all the activities and amusements. Thanks for a great vacation!

Extended Winter Stay

PRO's: I had the pleasure of staying at this condo from Dec 21-Jan 28. The owner was very responsive to any issues that came up. The owner has everything in the room you could need for a great vacation! Roomy for a 1 bedroom! The Ocean view from this room is AMAZING!!! This room does have WiFi, which some of the Sunbird Units do not. ++ The room is Clean and well kept. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. Great Friendly Owner! CON's: No laundry in the room. Laundry Machines available on site, however the office hours vary if you need change and some staff is not very friendly in the office. Was told during my stay that "they were not a bank" when trying to get change for the Laundry. No change Machines. Painting the building the entire stay so frequently had Painter's on the balcony. Strong fumes. No hot tub at this facility. Has 3 pools, only one is heated.

Amazing Trip

Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. This was a present from my husband for my retirement. It was awesome sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, people watching and watching the sunset.The beach was fantastic and the water was the perfect turquoise color. The condo was perfect for the two of us, but easily could have been used by a family of four. It had everything we needed. Centrally located to everything, and Wal Mart is just around the corner. Went to Shell Island and we saw at least 40 dolphins, our guide said we were a luck group. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again.

Very nice condo!!!

My husband and I stayed in this condo and we loved it! The room was very nice and clean and the balcony had an awesome view! The owner was very friendly, helpful, easy to contact, and fast with the info and transactions. The room is in an awesome location and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We usually come to panama city beach about 3 times a year, have stayed at several places and this is definitely our favorite! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND IT IS NEXT DOOR TO PINEAPPLE WILLY'S AND AROUND THE CORNER FROM WALMART AND WALGREENS AND MUCH MORE ( UNLIMITED PLACES TO GO , FOOD TO EAT, AND THINGS TO DO )
