The Space:
Morning light stretches across the lanai as Diamond Head cuts its familiar silhouette against the sky, the Pacific glinting in the distance and the city just beginning to stir below. Trade winds find their way through the space, and from this elevated position on the 18th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, the full sweep of Waikiki - ocean, mountain, and city skyline - unfolds in front of you. The beach is steps away, the neighborhood is yours to explore, and this entire unit gives you a private base to come back to each evening.

Positioned in the heart of Waikiki, the condo puts you within easy walking distance of Waikiki Beach, dining, shops, and local attractions. The building offers elevator access, secured entry, and added convenience with a small coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor. Free parking garage on premises accommodates one vehicle, and an EV charger (level 2) is also available on site.

The living area is set up for easy relaxation - a sectional sofa, leather armchair, and a 48 inch HDTV with standard cable give you everything you need to unwind after a day out. A window AC unit and portable fans keep the space comfortable year-round, and fast wifi (213 Mbps, verified by speed test) supports streaming, video calls, or working remotely without interruption. Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering a quieter, more private retreat for sleeping. Parking was so convenient and we loved elevator’s so close by. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Pool was under construction, but we knew this before our stay and we were fine with it. Wish kitchen had mixing bowls. For the price we paid, we would have loved quality toilet paper and paper towels. Such a nice place why go cheap on the small things? This condo is a perfect location to the beach, food, fun and walking distance to it all. Loved this place, wish the folks above us in 1911 respected the rules and remembered they were not the only folks staying there, they were loud and yelled during sleep times to the point of waking us up at 1am 3am, thank goodness it was not an early wake up for us the next morning. Over all what a great place, city views were pretty and once slider was closed the noise of the city was shut out. Thank you for our home away from home!
