We only stayed for one night, 3 hours at most. (We came after a concert)The home itself is on a small corner lot. The biggest issue with this property is it is not listed as a split property. We were shocked to arrive and see vehicles in the drive. (The back garage is a rental)The house is an older home and you tell that. The ceilings are low, the original hardwoods are still there. The walls look as if there is a foundation issue- cracks in multiple places. Holes in the walls where the trim meets. The floor was weak in the bathroom. The windows have not been replaced in years, if ever; you could feel the draft coming from the windows.(We all woke up with a runny nose and coughs.) The plugs did not work in the middle room. The upgrades and remodels that have been done, are beautiful however. I don’t feel like the home is ready to be rented as is. It’s an older home, when you walk in to the home you’re greeted with a musty smell. It smells like you would expect a 1900 home to smell like. The beds were nothing more than a basic metal frame and small mattress and worn comforters. Overall the pricing is what allows me to leave a 3 star. The pricing is very affordable, had I known the shape of the home I would’ve spent extra elsewhere.
