Beautiful Home in Ocean Pines with Water Access for SUP's and Canoes

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that period, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Located in Ocean Pines, this neighborhood features quiet streets for your kids to ride bikes, playgrounds, parks, and community pools (fee applies) that are available for your enjoyment. You'll be strategically located for attractions such as Assateague Island, Frontier Town, miniature golf, go carts, paintball and of course all of the amazing water activities the area offers. The adults will enjoy the fabulous bars/restaurants along with some of the best golf in the area! It's also the perfect location for events in Ocean City and Salisbury!

This beautifully updated 4 BR 4 BA home has plenty of room for the family to spread out. As you enter, you are welcome by beautiful wood floors and the first of two sitting areas on the main floor. As you proceed, you come to the updated kitchen/dining area that has updated cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops, subway tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. The large picnic style dining table and kitchen island so that the family can eat together and a high chair for guest use. The main living area has great views of the open area and water. There is an L shaped sofa for lounging and a flat screen TV. Downstairs you will find a large living area and it’s the perfect spot for kids to hang. There is plenty of space on the ground for toys, an area with couches with a flat screen TV and a foosball table. You will also find a full-size bathroom with a shower along with the washer and dryer. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a full bath with a shower. There is also a private balcony with a fire pit. Bedroom two has a twin bed with a twin trundle and has easy access to the third bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a private nook which has a couch and a TV. As you pass through the private nook area you come to another living space that has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed along with a TV. Bedroom four has a pyramid bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top along with a TV. Both bedrooms have easy access to the tub/shower combo bathroom. This home is perfectly set up for two families to enjoy time together, yet each family has their own section of the house.

The property provides easy access to the water through the shared field and is a great spot to launch your SUP's and Canoes (sorry we do not have any for guest use). Outside there is a fenced yard with a playground for kids to enjoy themselves or for the adults to play cornhole and relax. There is a grill for guest use along with two fire pits.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Four vehicles will fit in the driveway.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. The property owner chooses TV viewing options.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
