About this space
This well stocked residence is perfect for travelers and remote workers seeking comfort and convenience. Sunroom workspace overlooking pond is perfect for remote work travelers. Blackout curtains provide the perfect night's sleep.

All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office/sunroom being located on the 1st floor. Master bedroom has Stearns & Foster King bed, and private large bath with oversized closet. Second bedroom has a queen, and 3rd bedroom has a full. A couch is located in the living room for a 7th guest if needed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. Washer and Dryer available for use.

Guests will have access to the full home, with the exclusion of the garage (the garage is locked and totally off-limits).
Strict policies. NO Smoking or VAPING
This is a pet-free home.
No unregistered guests.
No parties/events.

One of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The townhouse had many extra amenities which made our stay even more wonderful. The host, Karen, was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Durham! Highly recommend!

Townhouse was fabulous! The main floor is nicely decorated with quality furniture and the bedrooms upstairs were equally nice. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Really loved our stay here and will definitely come again when we visit our kiddos.

This was a good place to stay and I would book it again. It had plenty of space and it was easy to find everything that we needed which included the coffee and cream. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that there was no ice in the freezer.

We really enjoyed the townhouse. Check in was a breeze with all information provided to us in a timely manner. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was very clean. The house was a little warm downstairs but manageable. We really appreciated having the K cups/coffee station because we were only there for one night and had not packed any food, drinks, etc. We will definitely book this property again. It is a short ride from UNC and is a perfect place for our family to stay when visiting our son who is a student there.

We felt very welcome upon entering. Everything was nice & clean. We gad plenty of room to spread out too. The master bedroom and bath were perfect with a nice sized shower! Would definitely stay here again!

There were 5 adults and we came to move our mother to a smaller apartment. The location was great, the floor plan was perfect and it worked well for our needs. The mattress cover on the master bedroom bed was very slick and the sheets kept coming off from the corners and I had to put the sheets back on every day.

Very spacious, liked dining area and living room. Appreciated all the extra toiletries and supplies. The beds did not seem not very comfortable and overall the house felt very dusty and dishes would benefit from more detailed cleaning.

Great stay at this property. Kitchen was fully equipt. Nice touch with the host providing some water, coffee and accessories for first arriving. Decorations were nice for the entire house. Host Karen was very responsive. I will stay again with my pet when visiting DurhamGary 4/26

Everything was as described. We really lo ed how conveniently it was located to things to do and great food. Our host was very good with communication and keeping us informed. She even checked in with us on the first night because we got in late and she wanted to make sure we were ok. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our biggest concern was not being able to control the AC unit as it was extremely hot outside and host increased and lowered the temperature of the unit but it was so uncomfortable setting it to 78 degrees or turning the unit off all together so when she turned the unit back on it took hours for it to be minimally cool to be comfortable. I continued to check the unit it was never frozen

This guest was the worst guest I’ve ever had. Not only did she not follow House rules upon checkout, but the biggest problem was the constant messaging on the last two days of her stay about the air-conditioning. It was over 100° F outside, and she kept insisting the temperature be lowered despite the fact that the AC was constantly running to try to keep up. I had to lock the controls to prevent system coils freezing and damage. HVAC systems struggle to cool when there’s more than a 20° temperature difference outside (google it) and she did not seem to want to understand that. she complained the temperature was set to 78, however, that was not the case. The system was constantly running, but could not cool down past 78 midday due to the extreme difference in temperatures between inside and out. Once it began to cool off outside, the house cooled down as it should. In addition, one of the beds had the spare blanket added on top? Was so glad to have this guest finally leave.
